背景技术
现有的一物料从振动器上下滑时的平滑程度直接影响到后期的色选效果，现有技术，物料直接从出料口落到滑道上。因滑道多为金属硬物制造，与下滑的物料直接接触，产生的碰撞，不利于物料平稳、均匀下滑。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供带软挡板的振动器出料口，克服了现有技术的不足，设计简单，结构合理，出料斗出口处增加硅胶皮，物料从硅胶皮上过渡到滑槽，减小物料的跳动，使其下滑的更平缓、均匀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
带软挡板的振动器出料口，包括出料口和振动装置，出料口固装于振动装置上端，所述的出料口底面安装于振动装置上端面，出料口向前凸出，凸出振动装置的部分下端具有出口，出口上前侧设有软挡板。
所述的软挡板为硅胶皮。

本实用新型设计在振动器的出料斗出口处增加硅胶皮，物料从硅胶皮上过渡 到滑槽，减小物料的跳动，使其下滑的更平缓、均匀，提高色选效果。结构简单，制作方便。
