背景技术
目前，木材粗加工步骤一般包括剪端头、两端铣齿、上胶、齿接、锯裁、齿接成形。现有的木材两端铣齿后一般都是通过人工手动上胶，其操作繁琐，劳动强度大，且上胶量不好控制，从而影响产品齿接质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种对木材铣齿端进行机械上胶，且上胶量均匀的木材铣齿端自动注胶机。
本实用新型的技术方案为：木材铣齿端自动注胶机，包括胶桶、送胶管和上胶装置，送胶管一端通过气缸与胶桶连接，另一端与上胶装置连接，所述上胶装置包括喷胶主板及胶梳，喷胶主板一端与送胶管连接，另一端与胶梳连接，胶梳出胶口的齿形与木板铣齿端的齿形形状相对应。
采用本实用新型的木材铣齿端自动注胶机，对木材铣齿端采用机械化上胶装置，简化上胶操作，降低上胶操作的劳动强度，提高木材的上胶效率，使木材铣齿端上胶均匀，保证加工的木材质量。

如图1或图2所示，本实用新型木材铣齿端自动注胶机，包括胶桶1、送胶管2和上胶装置3，送胶管2一端通过气缸4与胶桶1连接，另一端与上胶装置3连接，所述上胶装置3包括喷胶主板31及胶梳32，喷胶主板31一端与送胶管2连接，另一端与胶梳32连接，胶梳32出胶口的齿形与木材铣齿端的齿形形状相对应。
采用本实用新型的木材铣齿端自动注胶机，气缸4将胶桶1中的胶液通过送胶管2送入上胶装置3，上胶装置3中的喷胶主板31继续将胶液送入胶梳32，因胶梳32出胶口的齿形与木材铣齿端的齿形形状相对应，从而胶梳32对木材铣齿端进行均匀上胶。
