本实用新型主要包括外壳、顶盖、把手以及底座，外壳与顶盖是对称的半球形壳体结构，两者在一端活动连接，另一端分别与各自的把手连接；在外壳底面开设透水孔，外壳底部卡式连接空体的底座；在顶盖内表面固接压块。
使用时，使用者握住把手，打开顶盖，把水果放入外壳内，然后双手分别握住两个把手，把顶盖扣向外壳，通过顶盖内的压块对外壳内的水果进行挤压，把水果的果汁压出，果汁顺着外壳的透水孔流向下方的底座，最后取下底座倒出果汁，完成榨汁工作。
