本实用新型涉及一种测量装置。
背景技术
电站蓄电池每次交接班要抽测10%代表瓶电压,每月普测蓄电池单瓶电压,工作量很大,在通常情况下由数字万用表进行测量,数字万用表功能多,档位多,每次测量都要切换到直流电压20V的档位,并检查是否正确。如果切换错误,容易烧坏万用表,或造成蓄电池组短路,损坏蓄电池。变电站直流系统改造后,采用多层布置且层间高度较小,使用万用表测量比较困难,而且操作不当,容易引发直流接地故障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种变电站用蓄电池电压专用测试器,它具有结构简单、操作方便、使用安全等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:它包括手柄和与其连接的两个导向杆,两个导向杆之间绝缘,在手柄或导向杆上安装有直流数字电压表,两个导向杆的端部连接有直流数字电压表的表笔。
本实用新型进一步改进在于:两个导向杆的间距与蓄电瓶正负极间距相等;两个导向杆设有绝缘护套。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:采用直流数字电压表代替数字万用表,体积小、易携带,而且可直接测量,不用转换档位;两个导向杆的间距与蓄电瓶正负极间距相等,直接插入测量孔就可以测量;导电部分均设有绝缘护套,防止在测量过程中造成蓄电池短路或直流接地。本实用新型具有结构简单,操作方便,使用安全等优点。

具体实施方式
由图1所示的实施例可知,它包括手柄1和与其连接的两个导向杆2,两个导向杆2之间绝缘,在手柄1或导向杆2上安装有直流数字电压表3,两个导向杆2的端部连接有直流数字电压表3的表笔4;两个导向杆2的间距与蓄电瓶正负极间距相等;两个导向杆2设有绝缘护套。
使用方法:
手持测试器手柄将导杆端部直接插入测量孔即可测量。

1.一种变电站用蓄电池电压专用测试器,其特征在于:它包括手柄(1)和与其连接的两个导向杆(2),所述两个导向杆(2)之间绝缘,在所述手柄(1)或导向杆(2)上安装有直流数字电压表(3),所述两个导向杆(2)的端部连接有直流数字电压表(3)的表笔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站用蓄电池电压专用测试器,其特征在于所述两个导向杆(2)的间距与蓄电瓶正负极间距相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站用蓄电池电压专用测试器,其特征在于所述两个导向杆(2)设有绝缘护套。
