Abstract
本实用新型提供一种便于调控的热水器,包括设置有加热装置的壳体和通过电线与壳体连接且可控制加热装置工作状态的线控盒;所述线控盒的表面设置有升温按钮、降温按钮和热水器开关按钮。本实用新型的热水器通过在热水器的壳体之外通过电线连接的方式设置线控盒,由线控盒来控制热水器内发热装置的工作状态,在安装使用时,可将线控盒设置于浴室内,而热水器则设置于浴室外较干燥的地方,其优点在于实现了用户的使用热水器洗澡的过程中可以方便的调节水温,同时又可避免热水器在潮湿的环境中使用。

技术领域
本实用新型主要涉及热水器,特别是一种便于调控的热水器。
背景技术
热水器作为一种使冷水温度升高变成热水的装置,一般设置浴室之内,已经为公众所熟知,并走入千家万户。旧式的热水器多采用煤气为能源的加热方式使冷水升温,然由于使用煤气的加热方式,存在诸多不便,一方面每使用一段时间后,煤气瓶内的液化气用尽,则必需更换新的煤气瓶;另一方面由于煤气瓶的体积较大,需专门为煤气瓶专门配置一个安放的地点,占地空间较大。
目前常见的热水器多采用电热为加热的能源,但由于热水器一般是设置于浴室之内,浴室内通常会较为潮湿,若把热水器设置于浴室内会因潮湿的使用环境,对热水器的加热电路造成破坏,严重影响热水器的使用时间。因此在安装热水器时,通常会把热水器安装于浴室之外,但这又造成用户的洗澡的过程中对温度调控的不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种便于调控的热水器。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种便于调控的热水器,包括设置有加热装置的壳体和通过电线与壳体连接且可控制加热装置工作状态的线控盒;所述线控盒的表面设置有升温按钮、降温按钮和热水器开关按钮。
所述壳体内部设有加热管道,所述加热管道的一端为进水端,另一端为出水端;在加热管道内设有发热管,在加热管道上设有进水温度传感器、流量传感器、出水温度传感器及可调节发热管工作状态的温控器;所述温控器分别与进水温度传感器、流量传感器、出水温度传感器及发热管相连接。
所述加热管道包括进水管弯道,与进水管弯道相连接的若干串接的发热杯,在每个发热杯内均设置有发热管。
所述线控盒的表面设有出水端水温的显示屏。
所述壳体的表面设有出水端水温的显示面板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的热水器通过在热水器的壳体之外通过电线连接的方式设置线控盒,由线控盒来控制热水器内发热装置的工作状态,在安装使用时,可将线控盒设置于浴室内,而热水器则设置于浴室外较干燥的地方,其优点在于实现了用户的使用热水器洗澡的过程中可以方便的调节水温,同时又可避免热水器在潮湿的环境中使用。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3,一种便于调控的热水器,包括设置有加热装置的壳体1和通过电线与壳体1连接且可控制加热装置工作状态的线控盒2;本实施例为方便于热水器的拆装,壳体1采用板材制成面壳102和底壳103卡接而成。所述线控盒2的表面设置有升温按钮201、降温按钮202和热水器开关按钮203。在安装时可将线控盒2安装浴室之内,而带加热装置的壳体1安装浴室干燥之处,可实现用户使用过程中按压升温按钮201或降温按钮202即可实现对水温的调控。
作为上述技术方案的优选实施方式,所述壳体1内部设有加热管道,所述加热管道的一端为进水端,另一端为出水端;在加热管道内设有发热管301,在加热管道上设有进水温度传感器302、流量传感器303、出水温度传感器304及可调节发热管301工作状态的温控器305;所述温控器305分别与进水温度传感器302、流量传感器303、出水温度传感器304及发热管301相连接。所述加热管道包括进水管弯道306,与进水管弯道306相连接的3个串接的发热杯307,在每个发热杯307内均设置有发热管301。所述温控器305通过一对配匹的上支架4和下支架5安装于各发热杯307的上侧。
作为上述技术方案的又一优选实施方式,所述线控盒2的表面设有出水端水温的显示屏204;所述壳体1的表面设有出水端水温的显示面板101。
当然,本实用新型除了上述实施方式之外,其它等同技术方案也应当在其保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种便于调控的热水器,其特征在于:包括设置有加热装置的壳体(1)和通过电线与壳体(1)连接且可控制加热装置工作状态的线控盒(2);所述线控盒(2)的表面设置有升温按钮(201)、降温按钮(202)和热水器开关按钮(203)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调控的热水器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内部设有加热管道,所述加热管道的一端为进水端,另一端为出水端;在加热管道内设有发热管(301),在加热管道上设有进水温度传感器(302)、流量传感器(303)、出水温度传感器(304)及可调节发热管(301)工作状态的温控器(305);所述温控器(305)分别与进水温度传感器(302)、流量传感器(303)、出水温度传感器(304)及发热管(301)相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调控的热水器,其特征在于:所述加热管道包括进水管弯道(306),与进水管弯道(306)相连接的若干串接的发热杯(307),在每个发热杯(307)内均设置有发热管(301)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于调控的热水器,其特征在于:所述线控盒(2)的表面设有出水端水温的显示屏(204)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于调控的热水器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的表面设有出水端水温的显示面板(101)。
