（一）        技术领域 
    本实用新型涉及一种药用包装材料，特别涉及一种无毒环保型药用铝箔。
（二）        背景技术 
    2008年全球医药包装的产值近150亿美元，年产品均增长率为14℅，中国医药包装市场产值30亿美元，年增长率为16℅，铝箔包装材料的生产远远跟不上需求。药用泡罩包装用PVC（聚氯乙烯）在我国已存在多年，作为包装药物的材料，它具有良好的加工性能和轻巧的质地，但是药用PVC存在着安全上的隐患。它不仅对人身体有害，是不可回收再利用的白色垃圾，还不具有很好的防潮性能，大大缩短了药品的储存和保质期限，极大地影响了药品的安全性。
（三）        发明内容 
    本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、安全性高、无毒环保的药用铝箔。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的： 
一种药用铝箔，包括铝材箔体和PVC层，其特征是：所述PVC层外侧设置有涂胶层，涂胶层外侧涂设有保鲜膜层，保鲜膜层外侧设置有印刷层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：用以包装医药无毒无味，对人体无害，具有很好的防潮性能，保证了药品的质保期，具备了安全方便及保存期长的优点，有着很好的推广应用前景。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括铝材箔体1和PVC层2，PVC层2外侧设置有涂胶层3，涂胶层3外侧涂设有保鲜膜层4，保鲜膜层4外侧设置有印刷层5。
采用本实用新型的一种药用铝箔，8011-H119铝材箔体1复合PVC层2后，经设置涂胶层3、涂设保鲜膜层4并设置印刷层5后用于平板医药包装；8011-0铝材箔体1经与PE复合、设置涂胶层3、涂设保鲜膜层4、设置印刷层5并冷冲压后用于医药包装，或经设置印刷层5、设置涂胶层3、涂设保鲜膜层4后用于医药瓶装封口包装。在我国最大的药包企业-连云港中金医药包装有限公司进行检测试验使用，在表面质量、机械性能、外观质量、厚度偏差、宽度偏差、表面张力开卷性能等技术指标均超过客户的要求。

1.一种药用铝箔，包括铝材箔体（1）和PVC层（2），其特征是：所述PVC层（2）外侧设置有涂胶层（3），涂胶层（3）外侧涂设有保鲜膜层（4），保鲜膜层（4）外侧设置有印刷层（5）。
