本实用新型涉及一类金属板,尤其是用于生产金属面夹芯板的金属面板。
背景技术
目前,公知的金属面夹芯板是由金属面板-有机发泡类保温芯材-金属面板三层复合而成的夹芯结构。虽然保温性能十分优越,但由于金属面板导热快、阻火功能差、消防安全性不过关。由此提出了改进传统金属面板的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带隔离层的金属面板的结构方式。
一种金属面板,包括金属面板1、粘结剂层2、隔离层3;金属面板1、粘结剂层2、隔离层3一次制作成一体。

具体实施方式
实施例1
采用彩钢板作为金属面板1、水泥基片材为隔离层3,在两者界面上涂布粘结砂浆或聚氨酯胶黏剂作为粘结剂层2并固化而成一体。所述金属面板1可以为彩钢板、铝箔等传统金属面板,粘结剂2可以为拉伸粘结强度大于0.09Mpa胶黏剂。其中所述隔离层3采用低热导耐高温不燃材料,如水泥基片材。

1.一种带隔离层的金属板,包括金属面板(1)、粘结剂层(2)、隔离层(3);金属面板(1)、粘结剂层(2)、隔离层(3)连接成一体;所述隔离层(3)为水泥基片材。
