本实用新型涉及一种电容器焊接治具，具体是一种可拆分的电容器焊接治具。
背景技术
国内目前生产的复合电容器防爆装置，皆是电容器生产商将普通盖板端子棒焊接保险线，配上塑料防爆板，再焊接铁电极焊片组成电容器的防爆结构。现有的技术中在焊接的过程中，大都采用人工手动来焊接，这样不能保证焊接的准确度，且为了保证焊接准确性，需要人工缓慢的进行操作，生产效率低。且容易导致产品的使用寿命较短，产品使用效率低，成本增加。
在端子焊接这个步骤中，由于盖板总成分为多种结构，有四端子的、三个端子的、还有两个端子的，在焊接过程中需要调节左、右两电极之间的间距，因此在进行焊接的过程中需要经常更换焊接底座，这样很费时间，影响效率。

    本实用新型提供一种结构简单、使用方便，适应多种间距的端子的焊接的可拆分的电容器焊接治具。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种可拆分的电容器焊接治具，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座分为左、右两部分，所述左、右两底座上分别固定设有焊接电极，所述左、右两底座之间的相邻面上设有销孔，所述销孔内设有定位销。
所述焊接电极采用铜电极材料。
本实用新型针对多种类型的接线端子，采用间距可调的焊接底座，焊接底座上设有焊接电极，通过调节焊接底座之间的间距可以同时调节电极之间的间距，这样就实现了一个焊接治具焊接多种接线端子。
