背景技术
目前市场上的金属电热水壶因为其外壳为金属材料，使用过程容易释出金属元素而被认为不利于人体健康；塑料电热水壶因为其高分子化学材料在长期高温作用下容易老化，特别是刚使用时有一种塑料释出的气味而不受欢迎，而把紫砂做成电热水壶，就能解决以上存在的问题，但是紫砂电热水壶的密封防漏水处理问题也一直存在，一般都是在使用一段时间后就会出现局部漏水的问题，影响了产品的使用效果和使用寿命，给人们的日常生活带来不便。 
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足，提供一种密封效果好，不易漏水的紫砂壶连接件。 
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所述的紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，它包括套在螺丝上的T形开孔垫片，与紫砂壶体的下边缘外侧相匹配的圆形带耳垫圈，以及与所述螺丝相连接的螺母。 
所述T形开孔垫片和圆形带耳垫圈为硅胶元件。 
在所述紫砂壶体的下边缘上设有六个开孔，该六个开孔均匀分布在所述下边缘上。 
所述套有T形开孔垫片的螺丝依次穿过紫砂壶体下边缘上的开孔、圆形带耳垫圈、加热盘和拱形垫片，最后和所述螺母拧紧连接。 
在所述圆形带耳垫圈、加热盘和拱形垫片上都设有连接孔。 
有益效果：本实用新型与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本连接件通过硅胶密封件和螺丝与螺母的拧紧连接，使得连接处不易漏水，而且整体结构简单，使用成本较低，满足了人们对生活的高要求。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，它包括套在螺丝1上的T形开孔垫片2，与紫砂壶体3的下边缘4外侧相匹配的圆形带耳垫圈5，以及与所述螺丝1相连接的螺母6；所述T形开孔垫片2和圆形带耳垫圈5为硅胶元件或其他密封元件；在所述紫砂壶体3的下边缘4上设有六个开孔7，该六个开孔7均匀分布在所述下边缘4上；所述套有T形开孔垫片2的螺丝1依次穿过紫砂壶体3下边缘4上的开孔7、圆形带耳垫圈5、加热盘8和拱形垫片9，最后和所述螺母6拧紧连接；在所述圆形带耳垫圈5、加热盘8和拱形垫片9上都设有连接孔10，所述连接孔10都为六个，均匀分布在各部件上；所述拱形垫片9共有三个，连接孔10分布在所述拱形垫片两头，所述三个拱形垫片9任意套在所述六个螺丝1上。本实用新型采用硅胶密封圈，能很好的起到防漏水作用，整体结构简单，使用成本较低，满足了人们对生活的高要求。

1.紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，其特征在于：它包括套在螺丝(1)上的T形开孔垫片(2)，与紫砂壶体(3)的下边缘(4)外侧相匹配的圆形带耳垫圈(5)，以及与所述螺丝(1)相连接的螺母(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，其特征在于：所述T形开孔垫片(2)和圆形带耳垫圈(5)为硅胶元件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，其特征在于：在所述紫砂壶体(3)的下边缘(4)上设有六个开孔(7)，该六个开孔(7)均匀分布在所述下边缘(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，其特征在于：所述套有T形开孔垫片(2)的螺丝(1)依次穿过紫砂壶体(3)下边缘(4)上的开孔(7)、圆形带耳垫圈(5)、加热盘(8)和拱形垫片(9)，最后和所述螺母(6)拧紧连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的紫砂电热水壶防漏连接件，其特征在于：在所述圆形带耳垫圈(5)、加热盘(8)和拱形垫片(9)上都设有连接孔(10)。
