背景技术
目前,照明电灯和控制开关有多种方式可选,常用电灯如白炽灯、荧光灯光效低,控制开关装设在固定位置不方便,常因不及时关灯浪费电能。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供遥控照明的一种红外遥控开关发光二极管阵列灯。 
本实用新型技术解决方案为:包括发光二极管阵列灯、电子变压器,还包括红外遥控发射器、接收器,其中,红外遥控发射器由红外发光二极管、时基集成电路、按钮开关及电池组成,时基集成电路按多谐振荡器模式工作,由电阻R1、R2、电容C1接入时基集成电路输入端,输出驱动红外发光二极管,时基集成电路电源端经按钮开关接电池,接收器由光敏二极管、非门集成电路、锁相环集成电路、继电器及直流电源组成,光敏二极管输出信号由非门集成电路三个非门串联,其输入与输出跨接反馈偏置电阻构成高增益前置放大器,输出信号经电容C3接入锁相环集成电路,锁相环集成电路与电阻R7、电容C4构成压控振荡器跟踪红外遥控发射频率,锁相环集成电路输出接继电器,电子变压器电源端经继电器触点接入交流电源,电子变压器输出接发光二极管阵列灯; 
直流电源由电容C8电阻R8接入交流电源,经二极管VD4整流、二极管VD5稳压和电容C7滤波。 
本实用新型产生积极效果是:红外遥控开关发光二极管阵列灯照明,红外遥控发射器小巧可以随身携带,光效高,使用寿命长,灵活方便、节电。

参照图1、图2及图3,本实用新型具体实施方法和实施例:包括发光二极管阵列灯11、电子变压器10,还包括红外遥控发射器、接收器,其中,红外遥控发射器由红外发光二极管1、时基集成电路2、按钮开关3及电池4组成,时基集成电路2按多谐振荡器模式工作,由电阻R1、R2、电容C1接入时基集成电路输入端,输出驱动红外发光二极管1,时基集成电路2电源端经按钮开关3接电池4,接收器由光敏二极管5、非门集成电路6、锁相环集成电路7、继电器8及直流电源9组成,光敏二极管5输出信号由非门集成电路6三个非门串联,其输入与输出跨接反馈偏置电阻R6构成高增益前置放大器,输出信号经电容接入锁相环集成电路7,锁相环集成电路7与电阻R7、电容C4构成压控振荡器跟踪红外遥控发射频率,锁相环集成电路7输出接继电器8,电子变压器10电源端经继电器触点JK接入交流电源,电子变压器10输出接发光二极管阵列灯11。 
直流电源9由电容C8电阻R8接入交流电源,经二极管VD4整流、二极管VD5稳压和电容C7滤波。 
图2,红外遥控发射器由时基集成电路IC1 555组成的多谐振荡器,产生较高频率的信号输出经电阻R3限流驱动红外发光二极管VD1,按下按钮开关K,红外发光二极管VD1便向空间发射红外光,指令点亮或关闭发光二极管阵列灯。红外遥控发射器电池E供电,体形小巧可随身携带。 
图3,当光敏二极管VD2收到红外遥控发射器指令信号,经电容C2、电阻R5耦合非门集成电路IC2 CD4069的三个非门串联高增益前置放大器放大,由电容C3接入锁相环集成电路IC3 LM567,锁相环集成电路IC3电阻R7、电容C4构成压控振荡器跟踪捕捉红外遥控发射频率,锁相环集成电路IC3输出信号使继电器J吸合,电子变压器B经继电器触点JK接通交流电源AC220V,发光二极管阵列灯LED点亮。 
当光敏二极管VD2接收到红外遥控发射的关闭发光二极管阵列灯指令信号,此时,锁相环集成电路IC3输出信号使继电器J释放,继电器触点JK断开电子变压器B交流电源,发光二极管阵列灯LED熄灭。 
电阻R4是光敏二极管VD2偏置电阻,电阻R5、R6是非门集成电路IC2构成高增益前置放大器偏置电阻。电容C5、C6调整锁相环集成电路IC3捕捉带宽。二极管VD3抑制继电器工作产生反向电势,保护IC3。

1.一种红外遥控开关发光二极管阵列灯,包括发光二极管阵列灯、电子变压器,其特征在于:还包括红外遥控发射器、接收器,其中,红外遥控发射器由红外发光二极管、时基集成电路、按钮开关及电池组成,时基集成电路按多谐振荡器模式工作,由电阻R1、R2、电容C1接入时基集成电路输入端,输出驱动红外发光二极管,时基集成电路电源端经按钮开关接电池,接收器由光敏二极管、非门集成电路、锁相环集成电路、继电器及直流电源组成,光敏二极管输出信号由非门集成电路三个非门串联,其输入与输出跨接反馈偏置电阻构成高增益前置放大器,输出信号经电容C3接入锁相环集成电路,锁相环集成电路与电阻R7、电容C4构成压控振荡器跟踪红外遥控发射频率,锁相环集成电路输出接继电器,电子变压器电源端经继电器触点接入交流电源,电子变压器输出接发光二极管阵列灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红外遥控开关发光二极管阵列灯,其特征在于:直流电源由电容C8电阻R8接入交流电源,经二极管VD4整流、二极管VD5稳压和电容C7滤波。
