Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种太阳能发电系统,涉及电力领域。本实用新型包括包括防水盖体和防水箱体,该防水盖体与防水箱体活动铰接,使防水盖体可从防水箱体上打开或闭合;其中,该防水箱体设置有太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池、逆变器、交流输出端口和直流输出端口;在充电过程中,太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能后传输给控制器,再经该控制器给蓄电池充电;在放电过程中,蓄电池的电能依次经控制器、逆变器转化为交流电后向交流输出端口输出交流电,或者蓄电池的电能经控制器转化为直流电后向直流输出端口输出直流电。本实用新型整体重量轻、捷带方便、功能多元化,且具有防水功能。

背景技术
[0002] 太阳能光伏发电的能源来自于取之不尽、用之不竭的太阳光,是资源最丰富的可再生能源;节能减排,保护环境,人人有责任,适用于家庭的太阳能发电系统,是我们每个家庭减少碳排放量的一种有效途径。
[0003] 现有太阳能发电系统,功能单一、整体重量重、不方便捷带,给使用时带来不便,且缺乏防水功能,当户外充电时,若下雨就会进水到设备里,导致短路或损坏。 实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种整体重量轻、捷带方便、功能多元化,且具有防水功能的太阳能发电系统。
[0005] 本实用新型的技术方案是:一种太阳能发电系统,包括防水盖体和防水箱体,该防水盖体与防水箱体活动铰接,使防水盖体可从防水箱体上打开或闭合;其中,该防水箱体设置有太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池、逆变器、交流输出端口和直流输出端口 ;在充电过程中,太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能后传输给控制器,再经该控制器给蓄电池充电;在放电过程中,蓄电池的电能依次经控制器、逆变器转化为交流电后向交流输出端口输出交流电,或者蓄电池的电能经控制器转化为直流电后向直流输出端口输出直流电。
[0006] 所述防水箱体还设置有辅助充电端口和充电控制器,该辅助充电端口接入市电之后,将市电传输给充电控制器,再经该充电控制器给蓄电池充电;该充电控制器优选为集成于控制器之内。
[0007] 所述防水箱体还设置有显示装置,该显示装置与控制器电性连接;该显示装置优选为IXD显示屏。
[0008] 所述防水箱体还设置有LED灯,该LED灯与控制器电性连接。
[0009] 所述防水盖体设置有太阳能电池板,在充电过程中,防水盖体的太阳能电池板与防水箱体的太阳能电池板一起将太阳能转化为电能后传输给控制器。
[0010] 所述控制器外套设有线路盒,该线路盒的一侧壁上安装有风扇。
[0011] 所述交流输出端口和直流输出端口设置于防水箱体的一侧壁上,且该交流输出端口和直流输出端口外设置有防水摇门。
[0012] 所述交流输出端口为220V/110V交流输出插座,且该交流输出端口与控制器之间设置有开关;所述直流输出端口包括12V直流输出插座和5V直流输出插座。
[0013] 所述逆变器优选为UPS逆变器。
[0014] 所述控制器内设置有光伏控制线路板和充放电控制线路板,所述太阳能电池板依次电性连接光伏控制线路板、充放电控制线路板和蓄电池,在充电过程中,该太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能后传输给光伏控制线路板,再经充放电控制线路板给蓄电池充电。[0015] 本实用新型技术效果是:本实用新型的防水盖体和防水箱体能防止水分渗入内部,因此,在进行太阳能充电时,若碰上阵雨天而人不在时,就不用但心被雨淋坏;本实用新型的防水箱体设置蓄电池、LED灯、交流输出端口和直流输出端口,因此,可以做家庭或办公应急用,如照明、供应电脑办公等,功能全面;本实用新型整体结构紧凑、轻便、方便捷带,可作为户外露营时的照明、娱乐设备的供电。

具体实施方式
[0023] 如图I〜图4所示,该太阳能发电系统包括防水盖体和防水箱体,其中,防水盖体包括上盖I、太阳能电池板2和上盖盖板3,该上盖盖板3将太阳能电池板2的四周边缘紧密盖合于上盖I的下侧;防水箱体包括箱体本体14、太阳能电池板5和箱体盖板4,该箱体盖板4将太阳能电池板5的四周边缘紧密盖合于箱体本体14上侧;该上盖I与箱体本体14通过铰链103铰接,使上盖I可通过铰链103而在箱体本体14上打开或闭合,当上盖I打开时,太阳能电池板2和太阳能电池板5均可暴露于阳光之下(如图4所示),当上盖I闭合时,太阳能电池板2和太阳能电池板5则均藏于该太阳能发电系统内部;该上盖I设置有卡帽102,该箱体本体14设置有与卡帽102相配合的卡座141,当上盖I闭合时,卡帽102可与卡座141卡合锁紧;该上盖I的上侧面设置有支撑脚101,该箱体本体14的下侧面也设置有支撑脚142,方便在上盖I打开时支撑整个太阳能发电系统。
[0024] 如图I所示,一方面,在箱体本体14内部设置有光伏控制线路板7、逆变器与充放电控制线路板9、线路盒6、风扇10、电池盒8和蓄电池12 ;其中,光伏控制线路板7、逆变器与充放电控制线路板9安装于线路盒6内,且一起组成该太阳能发电系统的控制器,该风扇10安装于该线路盒6的一侧壁上,用于控制器的散热;该蓄电池12安装于电池盒8内;另一方面,在箱体本体14的侧壁上安装有LED灯11、显示装置13、220V/110V输出开关15、220V/11OV输出插座17、辅助充电插座18、直流输出插座19以及把手20,其中,该LED灯11与控制器电性连接,采用3W的大功率LED灯,显示装置13采用LCD屏,直流输出插座19包括12V直流输出插座和5V直流输出插座,5V直流输出插座优选为USB接口插座;结合参考图2和图3,220V/110V输出插座17、辅助充电插座18和直流输出插座19安装于箱体本体14的同一侧壁上,且在上述三种插座外还设置摇门16,在进行太阳能充电时,能有效防止雨水的渗入。
[0025] 承上,如图5所示,该太阳能发电系统在工作过程中,主要包括两部分运行程序,其一为充电程序,其二为放电程序,具体如下:
[0026] (I)充电程序,包括太阳能充电程序和市电辅助充电程序,在太阳能充电程序中,太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能后传输给控制器,再经该控制器给蓄电池充电,当然,具体到如图I〜图4所示的实施例中,则是太阳能电池板2和太阳能电池板5将太阳能转化为电能后,依次经光伏控制线路板7、充放电控制线路板给蓄电池12充电,同时,LCD显示屏显示动态充电和电量百分比;在市电辅助充电程序中,辅助充电端口接入市电之后,市电传输给充电控制器,再经该充电控制器给蓄电池充电,该充电控制器集成于控制器内,当然,如图I所示,具体到该实施例中,则是辅助充电插座18接入市电之后,传输给充放电控制线路板给蓄电池12充电,同时,LCD显示屏显示动态充电和电量百分比。 [0027] (2)放电程序,包括接入交流负载的放电程序和接入直流负载的放电程序,在接入交流负载的放电程序中,蓄电池的电能依次经控制器、逆变器转化为交流电后向交流输出端口输出交流电,当然,具体到如图I〜图4所示的实施例中,蓄电池12的电量经过充放电控制线路板、逆变器和220V/110V输出开关15后到达220V/110V交流输出插座17,在此过程中,蓄电池的电能在逆变器内部升压、稳压保护后输出稳定的AC220V50HZ电压,同时,IXD显示屏有AC OUT显示;在接入直流负载的放电程序中,蓄电池的电能经控制器后向直流输出端口输出直流电,当然,具体到如图I〜图4所示的实施例中,蓄电池12的电量经过充放电控制线路板到达直流输出插座19,同时,LCD显示屏显示DC OUT的字符,DC直流电一般用于12V的低压设备使用,如节能灯,风扇等电器使用,USB接口,在USB接口输出5V2A的电压,可以充各种手机、MP3和相机等数码产品。
[0028] 该太阳能发电系统的IXD显示屏还设有正常输出的符号和错误显示的符号,当蓄电池没有电时或带动太大功率的电器,启动开关会显示错误的哭脸,ERROR闪烁,无电压输出,告诉用户要充电使用或是插上合适功率的电器使用。
[0029] 作为该太阳能发电系统的优选实施方式,所述蓄电池优选为锂电池。
[0030] 作为该太阳能发电系统的优选实施方式,所述逆变器为UPS逆变器,该太阳能发电系统在充电的同时,可以正常接供负载用电。在利用市电充电时,如遇市电突发停电,该太阳能发电系统的UPS逆变器直接调用蓄电池发电,供负载电器使用,零转换时间,保证了负载电器的安全性。

1.太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:包括防水盖体和防水箱体,该防水盖体与防水箱体活动铰接,使防水盖体可从防水箱体上打开或闭合;其中,该防水箱体设置有太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池、逆变器、交流输出端口和直流输出端口 ;在充电过程中,太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能后传输给控制器,再经该控制器给蓄电池充电;在放电过程中,蓄电池的电能依次经控制器、逆变器转化为交流电后向交流输出端口输出交流电,或者蓄电池的电能经控制器转化为直流电后向直流输出端口输出直流电。
2.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述防水箱体还设置有辅助充电端口和充电控制器,该辅助充电端口接入市电之后,将市电传输给充电控制器,再经该充电控制器给蓄电池充电;该充电控制器集成于控制器之内。
3.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述防水箱体还设置有显示装置,该显示装置与控制器电性连接。
4.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述防水箱体还设置有LED灯,该LED灯与控制器电性连接。
5.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述防水盖体设置有太阳能电池板,在充电过程中,防水盖体的太阳能电池板与防水箱体的太阳能电池板一起将太阳能转化为电能后传输给控制器。
6.根据权利要求I所述的所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述控制器外套设有线路盒,该线路盒的一侧壁上安装有风扇。
7.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述交流输出端口和直流输出端口设置于防水箱体的一侧壁上,且该交流输出端口和直流输出端口外设置有摇门。
8.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述交流输出端口为220V/110V交流输出插座,且该交流输出端口与控制器之间设置有开关;所述直流输出端口包括12V直流输出插座和5V直流输出插座。
9.根据权利要求I〜8中任意一项权利要求所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述逆变器为UPS逆变器。
10.根据权利要求I〜8中任意一项权利要求所述的太阳能发电系统,其特征在于:所述控制器内设置有光伏控制线路板和充电控制线路板,所述太阳能电池板依次电性连接光伏控制线路板、充电控制线路板和蓄电池,在充电过程中,该太阳能电池板将太阳能转化为电能后传输给光伏控制线路板,再经充电控制线路板给蓄电池充电。
