本发明涉及一种电缆线防拉脱装置。 
背景技术
很多电器用户常常为了图方便违规操作直接提拎电缆线,很容易造成电缆线线头脱落,严重的甚至会引起安全事故,因此防止电缆线线头拽脱也成为了提高电器设备安全性的技术问题。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是防止电缆线线头拽脱的问题,为实现上述目的,本发明采用新型电缆线接线头,极大的增强了电缆线的安装强度。本发明包括1上螺母、2橡胶护垫、3支架、4下螺母等部件。由于上螺母内腔有斜坡存在,当拧紧时,支架顶端一圈支柱会被斜坡向中间挤压,从而将橡胶护套向中间挤压,这样穿过橡胶护垫的电缆线就会被牢牢的固定住而不会发生滑动;下螺母将整个接头固定在设备主体上。这样就防止了电缆线线头拽脱的问题。

具体实施方式
由图1所示,由于上螺母内腔有斜坡存在,当拧紧时,支架顶端一圈支柱会被斜坡向中间挤压,从而将橡胶护套向中间挤压,这样穿过橡胶护垫的电缆线就会被牢牢的固定住而不会发生滑动;下螺母将整个接头固定在设备主体上。

1.电缆线防拉脱装置包括:上螺母、橡胶护垫、支架、下螺母,其特征是上螺母内腔有斜坡存在,当拧紧时,支架顶端一圈支柱会被斜坡向中间挤压,从而将橡胶护套向中间挤压,穿过橡胶护垫的电缆线被牢牢固定住。
