本实用新型一种防火电线接头,在接头外的保护层由外向内依次包括PE收缩层和膨胀材料层。内部的膨胀材料层遇火发生膨胀,生成阻燃的发泡材料,同时具有分子记忆功能的PE层发生热收缩,与膨胀材料相互配合,将电线掐住使火路完全被封死,即可达到防止火焰沿电线电缆窜烧的目的,可以在发生短路火情时及时阻止火焰蔓延。

本实用新型涉及一种防火电线接头,属于防火技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,现阶段建造建筑物的材料种类越来越多,防火要求也越来越高,已有多种性能优良的防火材料可以应用于保护建筑物表面、管路表面等等。
但对于在建筑物内穿行的的电线电缆来说,其接头部位易发生短路而引起火情,火会沿着电线电缆在电缆管内部窜烧,这时电缆管表面和建筑物墙体表面的防火材料在防止火灾蔓延的效果上并不好,因此急需开发一种可以在发生短路火情时及时阻止火焰蔓延的接头。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种防火电线接头。
一种防火电线接头,其特征在于电线接头外的保护层由外向内依次包括PE收缩层和膨胀材料层。

如图1所示的一种防火电线接头,为将PE收缩层1、膨胀材料PU层2套接在电线电缆3接头处。内部的PU层2遇火发生膨胀,生成阻燃的发泡材料,同时具有分子记忆功能的PE收缩层1发生热收缩,与膨胀材料相互配合,将电线电缆3掐住使火路完全被封死,如图2所示,即可达到防止火焰沿电线电缆窜烧的目的。
