背景技术
太阳能接线盒是介于太阳能电池组件构成的太阳能电池方阵和太阳能充电控制装置之间的连接器。太阳能电池组件接线盒在太阳能组件的组成中非常重要,主要作用是将太阳能电池产生的电力与外部线路连接。接线盒通过硅胶与组件的背板粘在一起,组件内的引出线通过接线盒内的内部线路连接在一起,内部线路与外部线缆连接在一起,使组件与外部线缆导通,接线盒内有二极管,保证组件在被挡光时能正常工作。
现有的太阳能接线盒内部通常采用全灌胶的形式,但是灌胶需要用手动去操作,工艺麻烦,效率低下。如果太阳能接线盒内部全部采用金属卡接式的结构,会使接线盒不利于散热,也不利于防水。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种太阳能接线盒,接线盒内部的汇流条一端采用卡接式、一端采用灌胶式固定,可以有利于散热、防水,也可以简化生产工艺、降低成本。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能接线盒,包括接线盒外壳、汇流条、二极管,汇流条一端与二极管采用灌胶式固定,汇流条另一端与接线盒内部引出线采用卡接式固定。
所述灌胶式为灌注硅胶固定。
所述卡接式为采用金属卡扣固定式。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以有利于散热、防水也可以简化生产工艺、降低成本。
