本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别涉及一种矿井竖井用信号、电能传输的线缆。
背景技术
现有的信号或电能传输电缆不能完全适应矿井竖井内的适用,其信号传输效果不好,以及其抗拉性能得不到保证,在较深的矿井内会出现线缆断裂的现象;现有的线缆功能单一,信号传输和电能传输通过不同的电缆来传输。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种煤矿用光电复合缆,目的在于解决现有的使得缆线的电缆的信号传输效果和抗拉效果提高,能适应矿井竖井内的适用。
本实用新型包括相互绞合的绝缘线芯,在所述绞合的绝缘线芯之间设置光纤束,在所述绞合的绝缘线芯外设置聚乙烯内护层,在所述聚乙烯内护层外设置钢丝铠装层,在所述钢丝铠装层外设置蓝色阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套层,在所述绞合的绝缘线芯与聚乙烯内护层之间设置填料。
本实用新型通过光纤束来实现信号的传输,传输效果较好;钢丝铠装层使得线缆的抗拉能力提高,其可保证在矿井竖井内正常适用,不断裂。

如图1所示,本煤矿用光电复合缆,包括相互绞合的绝缘线芯1,在绞合的绝缘线芯1之间设置光纤束2,在绞合的绝缘线芯1外设置聚乙烯内护层4,在聚乙烯内护层4外设置钢丝铠装层5,在钢丝铠装层5外设置蓝色阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套层6,在绞合的绝缘线芯1与聚乙烯内护层4之间设置填料3。

1.煤矿用光电复合缆,包括相互绞合的绝缘线芯,其特征在于在所述绞合的绝缘线芯之间设置光纤束,在所述绞合的绝缘线芯外设置聚乙烯内护层,在所述聚乙烯内护层外设置钢丝铠装层,在所述钢丝铠装层外设置蓝色阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套层,在所述绞合的绝缘线芯与聚乙烯内护层之间设置填料。
