本实用新型属于灯具领域,特别是景观装饰灯领域。LED偏光灯,主要由电路板、LED芯片、反射器以及灯具外壳组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板固接,形成可发光灯具;所述的反射器置于灯具外壳内LED芯片出光口处。与现有技术(光学透镜)相比,本实用新型采用反射器,不但可以大角度的调整LED灯具的配光,而且:1、反射器与LED芯片距离加大并且是开放式的并不将LED芯片完全覆盖有助于散热。2、反射器的效率更高,将光线以偏转角度反射出去,避免了光学透镜会发生经折射、二次反射将光线反射回LED芯片的现象,避免了热量的聚积。

本实用新型属于灯具领域,特别是景观装饰灯领域。
背景技术
由于LED光源具有高光效,低污染等优点,现今正逐步取代中小功率的传统光源。现有的LED灯具主要由LED芯片、光学透镜、电路板、驱动及控制器和灯具外壳这五大部件来组成。现有LED灯具的不足:光学透镜的可调角度小,无法做到完整的偏光光效。散热效果差,由于光学透镜完全覆盖LED芯片的表面使LED芯片的热无法散出,影响LED芯片的寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的是克服上述现有LED灯具的存在的不足,用传统灯具的反射器与LED光源相结合提供一种有效解决LED配光及散热性的LED偏光灯。
LED偏光灯,主要由电路板、LED芯片、反射器以及灯具外壳组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板固接,形成可发光灯具;所述的反射器置于灯具外壳内LED芯片出光口处。
与现有技术(光学透镜)相比,本实用新型采用反射器,不但可以大角度的调整LED灯具的配光,而且:1、反射器与LED芯片距离加大并且是开放式的并不将LED芯片完全覆盖有助于散热。2、反射器的效率更高,将光线以偏转角度反射出去,避免了光学透镜会发生经折射、二次反射将光线反射回LED芯片的现象,避免了热量的聚积。

具体实施方式
参见附图1,LED偏光灯,主要由电路板1、LED芯片2、反射器3以及灯具外壳4组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片1与电路板2固接,形成可发光灯具;所述的反射器3置于灯具外壳4内的LED芯片出光口处。
所述的反射器采用高纯度阳极氧化铝材制作。
所述的LED芯片与电路板通过焊接方式固接。
所述的反射器下面设有与电路板连接的驱动及控制器5,用于将220v电调整成为适合LED芯片的工作的稳压恒流电源(驱动及控制器也可外置于灯体以外)。
所述的灯具外壳的一侧设有面盖6;
所述的面盖为玻璃材质。

1.LED偏光灯,主要由电路板、LED芯片、反射器以及灯具外壳组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板固接,形成可发光灯具;所述的反射器置于灯具外壳内LED芯片出光口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的反射器采用高纯度阳极氧化铝材制作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板通过焊接方式固接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的反射器下面设有与电路板连接的驱动及控制器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的灯具外壳的一侧设有面盖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的面盖为玻璃材质。
