本实用新型属于灯具领域,特别是景观装饰灯领域。
背景技术
由于LED光源具有高光效,低污染等优点,现今正逐步取代中小功率的传统光源。现有的LED灯具主要由LED芯片、光学透镜、电路板、驱动及控制器和灯具外壳这五大部件来组成。现有LED灯具的不足:散热效果差,由于光学透镜完全覆盖LED芯片的表面使LED芯片产生的热量无法散出,影响LED芯片的寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术不足,提供一种带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯。
带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,主要由电路板、LED芯片以及灯具外壳组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板固接并置于灯具外壳内,形成可发光灯具;所述的LED芯片上设有不对称光学透镜,所述的灯具外壳设置有多组散热鳍片。
与目前使用的光学透镜相比,本实用新型采用专门为不对称配光设计的光学透镜,通过此光学透镜的光会向一侧偏转10度以上。将不对称光学透镜置于LED芯片上,使LED光强中心偏转10度以上,以达到偏光灯的设计目的。另外,本实用新型采用加大灯体与LED灯具接触面及灯体外壳设置多组散热鳍片,通过良好的热传导设计使灯具内部热量迅速散发,延长了LED芯片的寿命。

具体实施方式
参见附图1,带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,主要由电路板1、LED芯片2以及灯具外壳6组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片2与电路板1固接并置于灯具外壳6内,形成可发光灯具;所述的LED芯片上设有不对称光学透镜3,所述的灯具外壳6设置有多组散热鳍片7。
所述的LED芯片与电路板通过焊接方式固接。
所述的反射器下面设有与电路板连接的驱动及控制器5,用于将220v电调整成为适合LED芯片的工作的稳压恒流电源(驱动及控制器也可外置于灯体以外)。
所述的灯具外壳的一侧设有面盖4。
所述的面盖为玻璃材质。

1.带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,主要由电路板、LED芯片以及灯具外壳组成;其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板固接并置于灯具外壳内,形成可发光灯具;所述的LED芯片上设有不对称光学透镜,所述的灯具外壳设置有多组散热鳍片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的LED芯片与电路板通过焊接方式固接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的反射器下面设有与电路板连接的驱动及控制器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的灯具外壳的一侧设有面盖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带有散热鳍片的LED偏光灯,其特征在于:所述的面盖为玻璃材质。
