本实用新型属于排汽阀部件。
背景技术
小型排汽阀具有体积小、占地少、成本低、安装方便等优点,是排汽阀家族的一个重要产品。由于小型排汽阀阀体小,阀塞都是掰开式,既利用浮球的向下运动带动阀塞后端的杠杆向下移动将阀塞从阀口上掰开,而阀塞的关闭力则是通过一个弹簧向阀塞施加压力关闭阀口。这种结构下要求杠杆要轻,以免其重量减小弹簧对阀塞的压力,目前这种掰开式小型排汽阀都是塑料类的阀体和杠杆,但塑料杠杆刚性较差,且非常容易老化和形变,造成浮球对杠杆向下拉力的损失,使阀门有时无法打开。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种杠杆刚性强度大,重量轻的小型排汽阀阀塞,如附图1所示,本实用新型包括一个阀块,阀块前端安装有密封胶垫,其特征在于阀块后端有一个安装孔,一个钢丝直条作为杠杆插接在安装孔内。用直条钢丝作为阀塞杠杆实现了钢性大、重量轻、不易弯曲变形的目的,插接的连接方式具有加工、制造方便的优点,钢丝与阀块安装孔之间可以插接,可以胶粘,可以压接,还可以激光焊接。

具体实施方式
本实例给出的阀塞适用于高80毫米、阀腔直径30毫米的小型排汽阀。钢丝直条采用不锈钢钢丝,直径0.9毫米,长38毫米,阀块后端呈锥台形,安装孔深3毫米,孔上方有一个圆窝,圆窝便于钢丝直条与阀块之间焊接、胶粘及压接。
