Abstract
本实用新型涉及医疗耗材气管切开导管的改进,特别是一种加湿气管切开导管。目前临床上使用的气管切开导管因缺少加湿装置,干燥的空气直接进入病人肺内,易引起上述并发症。本实用新型包括气管导管,在气管导管内设置有加湿管,加湿管上布有微孔,加湿管的前端闭合,加湿管微孔孔径为0.3——0.8mm。其能够通过加湿管上的微孔将湿化液渗入到气管导管内,形成微滴,对病人呼吸或通过机械通气进入病人呼吸道和肺内的空气进行湿化,防止气道粘膜干燥和分泌物结痂,起到预防气道阻塞和肺部感染等并发症作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗耗材气管切开导管的改进,特别是一种加湿气管切开导管。
背景技术
气管切开是抢救危重病人建立人工气道的重要手段。气管切开后由于呼吸道改路,丧失了正常呼吸道对吸入气体温度和湿度的调节功能,直接吸入未经加温和湿化的气体,可导致支气管分泌物黏稠,痰液不易咳出加重呼吸道堵塞,造成肺部感染。气管切开后呼吸道水分丢失增加可达800ml/d以上,据文献报道气管切开后气管导管堵塞的发生率为14%~43%,其堵塞原因主要是水分丢失过多,气道湿化不够,气道黏膜干燥,纤毛运动障碍,痰痂、痰栓形成所致。目前临床上使用的气管切开导管因缺少加湿装置,干燥的空气直接进入病人肺内,易引起上述并发症。
如果要在传统的气管切开导管上进行湿化,也只能从导管外口注入湿化液,但由于一次注入的液体量大、液体呈垂直掉入呼吸道内,刺激性大,易导致病人呛咳或屏息,影响病人呼吸,甚至引起氧饱和度急速下降,威胁病人的生命;对机械通气的病人侧需中断机械通气,影响冶疗和抢救。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种加湿气管切开导管。
本实用新型技术方案:一种加湿气管切开导管,包括气管导管,在气管导管内设置有加湿管,加湿管上布有微孔,加湿管的前端闭合。
加湿管微孔孔径为0.3——0.8mm。
本实用新型能够通过气管导管侧壁内嵌入的加湿管注入湿化液,再通过加湿管上的微孔将湿化液渗入到气管导管内,形成微滴,对病人呼吸或通过机械通气进入病人呼吸道和肺内的空气进行湿化,防止气道粘膜干燥和分泌物结痂,起到预防气道阻塞和肺部感染等并发症作用;加湿过程接近生理湿化,避免了注入湿化液时导致的强烈的刺激引起的呛咳、屏气、氧饱和度下降等一系的不良反应,对使用呼吸机的病人不需中断机械通气,不影响机械通气治疗和抢救。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型的制作方法:在目前临床上使用的气管切开导管内的右侧壁内嵌入一根加湿管,加湿管的前端闭合,在加湿管的内侧壁上每隔约10mm的距离布上一个直径约0.5mm的微孔,通过加湿管注入湿化液,湿化液进入加湿管后通过加湿微孔渗入到气管导管内,随着病人的呼吸或机械通气进入呼吸道和肺内,对进入的空气进行湿化,能防止气道黏膜干燥和分泌物结痂,起到预防气道阻塞和肺部感染等并发症作用。
气管切开后,根据年龄、性别、身高选择合适型号的加湿气管切开导管,将气管导管从切口中插入气管内,再将气管导管内塞拨出,病人就可以通过气管导管进行呼吸或接上呼吸机进行机械通气,导管要妥善固定,防上脱出,视病情决定是否需要充气。
根据医嘱配制湿化液,将湿化液用50ml注射器抽吸好,装入微量推注泵内,接上延长管,打开湿化加湿管上的盖子,将延长管与加湿管相接,根据医嘱或病人的痰液的性状和量调节好加湿液的输入速度,按下微量推注泵的启动键,即开始进行气道内加湿,防止气道黏膜干燥和分泌物结痂。

1.一种加湿气管切开导管,包括气管导管,其特征是:在气管导管内设置有加湿管,加湿管上布有微孔,加湿管的前端闭合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加湿气管切开导管,其特征是:加湿管微孔孔径为0.3——0.8mm。
