具体实施方式：包括胶管1，其特征是在胶管1末端设有开关阀2，胶管1外侧设有套管3，套管3外侧设有弹力颈套4，套管3上段设有胶布5。在给病人快速建立人工通道和吸痰时，将胶管1插入气管内，弹力颈套4套在颈部，胶布5粘贴固定胶管1，缓解症状后，逐步调节关闭开关阀2同时逐步往外抽拉胶管1并及时用胶布5固定即可。
