背景技术
圈绒地毯的绒面为线圈，脚感优于普通地毯。现有技术中，圈绒地毯的线圈大多采用丙纶纤维制成，其具有不粘水、油、灰尘以及容易清洗等优点，但是上述圈绒地毯也同时存在吸水性差，刮砂除尘效果不好等缺点，对其应用范围产生影响。

为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种圆形丝圈绒PVC地毯。
其技术解决方案是：
一种圆形丝圈绒PVC地毯，包括由PVC材料制成的底背，在底背的上表面编织丙纶纤维圈与聚丙烯纤维圈，丙纶纤维圈与聚丙烯纤维圈成排平行设置，且相邻三排丙纶纤维圈构成一丙纶纤维圈组，相邻丙纶纤维圈组之间设置两排聚丙烯纤维圈。
上述底背的厚度为1.2～2mm，上述丙纶纤维圈与聚丙烯纤维圈的高度相同且均为4～5mm。
上述丙纶纤维圈与聚丙烯纤维圈同时采用织针簇绒在底背上，相邻织针之间的针距为1/8英寸，簇绒的针密为350～450簇/米。

结合附图，一种圆形丝圈绒PVC地毯，包括底背1，底背1可根据需要制成方形或圆形等各种形状，底背1由PVC材料制成，底背1的厚度可设计为1.2～2mm。在底背1的上表面采用织针同时编织丙纶纤维圈2与聚丙烯纤维圈3，编织在底背1上的丙纶纤维圈2与聚丙烯纤维圈3竖向成排平行设置，且相邻三排丙纶纤维圈构成一丙纶纤维圈组，相邻丙纶纤维圈组之间设置两排聚丙烯纤维圈。丙纶纤维圈2与聚丙烯纤维圈3的高度相同，可设计为4～5mm。丙纶纤维圈2与聚丙烯纤维圈3采用织针按行簇绒在底背上，簇绒的针密可设计为350～450簇/米，相邻织针之间的针距为1/8英寸。
