本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型捕鼠器，其特征是：捕鼠器由相互连接的捕鼠箱和储鼠箱组成，右侧为四周封闭的储鼠箱，其右侧壁为斜坡，储鼠箱左侧底部开有进出孔，进出孔使用通过折页连接单向活动门，储鼠箱左侧为捕鼠箱，固定在前后壁上的转动轴上装有三片可绕轴旋转间隔为120°的旋转踏板，旋转踏板上装有顶针状诱饵固定器，储鼠箱顶盖与旋转踏板端部分别装有磁极相反的磁铁。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于储鼠箱顶盖与旋转踏板端部分别装有磁极相反的磁铁，可以随时保持一片旋转踏板处以水平状态，诱饵吸引老鼠走上旋转踏板，老鼠自身重量是旋转踏板转动，老鼠进入捕鼠器后进入储鼠箱，储鼠箱独特的只进不出设计更加使被捕鼠类不可能逃脱，并且该捕鼠器不会对操作者，小孩和家里的宠物造成伤害，使用安全。
