本实用新型属于分析仪器领域,尤其涉及一种分光光度计配套设备。 
背景技术
比色皿是分光光度计常用的配套设备,用来装盛样品液,进行样品液吸光值检测等操作。通常情况下,比色皿都是插入比色皿支撑架中,通过比色皿支撑架对比色皿进行固定支撑。目前的比色皿支撑架一般都是长方体形,内部有长方体空腔,侧面开有透光口,将比色皿插入长方体空腔后,光从透光口穿过比色皿光面。由于空腔是长方体状,比色皿是长方体状,常规比色皿支撑架的空腔也是长方体状,在插拔比色皿时容易刮伤比色皿光面,造成比色皿损坏。

本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、插拔比色皿时不易刮伤光面的比色皿支撑架。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案: 
一种比色皿支撑架,包括底面、侧面,底面和侧面围成放置比色皿的空腔,侧面上开有透光口,光从透光口穿过比色皿光面,从另一个透光口射出,开有透光口的侧面为向外拱起的弧面。当该开有透光口的侧面为向外拱起的弧面时,比色皿插入空腔时,比色皿光面不会与空腔内壁直接接触,减少了光面刮伤的可能。该向外拱起的弧面,远离比色皿光面,以保护比色皿光面,弧面的横截面可以是圆心靠近比色皿的圆弧的一段或者是焦点靠近椭圆弧的一段。
为了更方便的插拔比色皿,比色皿支撑架空腔高度比比色皿高度低1cm,这样在插拔比色皿时,可以用手捏住该1cm处进行操作,尤其在拔出比色皿时操作非常轻松。 
本发明的有益效果是:1、能有效保护比色皿光面;2、结构简单、方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示比色皿支撑架,由两个长方形的侧面、两个向外拱起的弧面、一个底 面围成空腔(2)。比色皿(1)置于空腔(2)中。两个弧面中心部位均开有透光口(3),光从一个透光口射入,穿过比色皿,从另一透光口射出。比色皿在插拔时,由于比色皿光面不与比色皿支撑架接触,避免了刮伤,保护了比色皿光面。 
该向外拱起的弧面,远离比色皿光面,以保护比色皿光面,其横截面不限于是焦点靠近椭圆弧的一段,还可以是圆心靠近比色皿的圆弧的一段。

1.一种比色皿支撑架,包括底面、侧面,底面和侧面围成放置比色皿(1)的空腔(2),侧面上开有透光口(3),光从透光口穿过比色皿光面,其特征在于:开有透光口的侧面为向外拱起的弧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的比色皿支撑架,其特征在于空腔(2)高度比比色皿(1)高度低1cm。
