背景技术:
现有的太阳能热水器水桶的内外桶之间的保温层材料基本上都是采用的聚氨脂(PU)发泡材料,而聚氨脂在发泡过程中要使用发泡剂。现在普遍使用的发泡介质为HCFC141b和环戊烷等,其中的HCFC141b对臭氧层有破坏作用,将被禁止使用,而环戊烷作发泡介质对设备有防爆要求,设备造价高,因此,所述太阳能热水器水桶的内外桶之间的保温层的材料急需新的替代材料。此外,桶体底部均为水平设计,当桶体内水位较低时,不便于全部流出。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种设备造价低、无污染的一种太阳能热水器保温桶。

膨胀珍珠岩是一种多孔的粒状物料,是以酸性火山玻璃质熔岩即珍珠岩矿石为原料,经破碎,筛分至一定粒度,再经预热,瞬间高温焙烧而制成的一种白色或浅色的轻质、多功能绝热材料。膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒内部是蜂窝状结构,密度小(70~250kg/m3),热导率低[0.047~0.072W/(m·K)],化学稳定性好(PH=7),使用温度范围宽(-200~800℃),具有吸湿能力小,无毒、无味、不腐、不燃、吸音的优点。
膨胀珍珠岩与硬泡聚氨酯相比具有密度大、节能、导热系数高、价格低和对环境影响小的优点。所述聚氨脂在发泡过程中需要预热和加热,膨胀珍珠岩可直接使用;发泡剂HCFC141b对臭氧层有破坏作用,蒙特利尔国际公约明确规定在不久的将来禁止使用,而膨胀珍珠岩则不存在这方面的问题。
