背景技术
采用垃圾焚烧技术是目前对城市生活垃圾处理的有效方式之一，对垃圾进行焚烧发电，一方面，利用垃圾固有的热值发电，是一种变废为宝、节约资源的措施；另一方面，减少了垃圾的填埋，不仅节约了土地资源，而且减少了垃圾填埋产生渗沥水对地下水和地表水的污染，保护了宝贵的水资源。真正实现了固体废弃物的“无害化、减量化、资源化”的目标。
垃圾焚烧锅炉中省煤器因振打焊缝泄漏，及检修困难的问题，往往影响锅炉的长期、稳定运行；在以前垃圾焚烧锅炉省煤器布置，一般为上、下小集箱的管屏混联结构，下部小集箱为振打点，运行中容易使振打处的焊缝发生疲劳泄漏，而且没有检修空间，因此对管子的修复非常困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种垂直布置的垃圾焚烧锅炉省煤器，采用立式蛇形管结构，可有效的避免以上问题，提高了省煤器的使用寿命，方便省煤器检修。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括立式蛇形管、吊挂装置、振打结构,其特征是立式蛇形管的上端连有吊挂装置，所述立式蛇形管的下端的管壁之间连有振打结构。
本实用新型的技术效果是：采用立式蛇形管，可靠的吊挂方式，及蛇形管下部的振打结构；一方面可保证振打清灰，避免因振打对焊缝造成的影响，延长了锅炉连续运行时间，同时蛇形管更换、检修方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，立式蛇形管1的上端连有吊挂装置2，所述立式蛇形管1的下端的管壁之间连有振打结构3。使用时，首先将集箱定位，通过吊挂装置2，分片安装立式蛇形管1并与集箱管接头对接，最后在省煤器立式蛇形管1下部根据振打位置要求安装振打结构3。
