背景技术
现有灯具前照明灯的调光系统一般都是使用梅花螺丝刀进行调节，长时间后，就有齿轮磨削而失效的可能性，这种结构存在弊端就是必须借用外来工具，否则调光系统就失灵，或者拖拉机前灯就没有调光系统。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种专用的灯具调光系统。本实用新型的设计方案如下：灯具调光系统采用调光手柄和调光螺栓组成，调光手柄是注塑件，调光螺栓是金属件，调光螺栓一端套入调光手柄内，通过压合机器压接而成，它们之间的配合是通过滚花过盈、防旋转配合机构实现，调光螺栓另一端杆上开有螺纹。调光不需要外来工具，直接用手旋转调光手柄，就可以实现对灯具光型上下左右调节，结构不但牢固，而且简单，易实现。

实施例：灯具调光系统采用注塑件调光手柄和金属件调光螺栓组成，调光螺栓一端杆上开有螺纹，另一端套入调光手柄，两个产品通过压合机器压接而成，之间的配合是通过滚花过盈、防旋转配合机构实现，在上海纽荷兰拖拉机车灯上实践，此灯具调光系统能够满足我们需要的外观及光型调节功能。

1.灯具调光系统采用调光手柄和调光螺栓组成，其特征在于调光手柄是注塑件，调光螺栓是金属件，一端套入调光手柄中，经压合机器压接，之间通过滚花过盈、防旋转配合机构连接，调光螺栓另一端上开有螺纹。
