本实用新型的一种全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条,技术目的是提供一种易于生产并且防水性能极佳、可随意按照工况需要弯曲的的全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条。包括有PCB软性电路板,所述PCB软性电路板上设有电阻及LED发光晶片,所述PCB软性电路板外周,设有一层360度全灌塑胶材料,所述PCB软性电路板的电源线穿过软性塑胶材料连接市电。本实用新型防水作用好,而且不影响LED灯条的柔软性;适用于户外的照明或灯光广告中应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯条,更具体的说,涉及一种全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条。 
背景技术
在现有技术中,LED灯技术由于其节能耐用的技术优势,广泛应用于日常的照明领域中,当前LED灯条在应用于户外时,往往会遇到潮湿雨水天气,这就需要LED灯条具有良好的防水结构,但目前LED灯条在防水结构的设计方面,存在着结构生成成本及防水性能较差的技术缺陷,在当前LED灯条在户外应用趋多的技术形势下,急需设计一种成本低廉并且防水性能佳的一种全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条。 
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中,LED灯条存在着防水性能差并影响使用寿命的技术问题;提供一种易于生产并且防水性能极佳并且可随意按照工况需要弯曲的全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条。 
为实现以上技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是 
一种全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条,包括有PCB软性电路板,所述PCB软性电路板上设有电阻及LED发光晶片,所述PCB软性电路板外周,设有一层360度全灌塑胶材料,所述PCB软性电路板的电源线穿过软性塑胶材料连接市电。 
更进一步的,所述软性塑胶材料是水晶PU胶。 
在本实用新型中,在现有技术中的LED灯条上,涂有一层水晶PU胶的软性塑胶材料,在应用中,既不影响LED灯条的柔软性,又能极好的保护灯条中的电路不潮湿,起到良好的防水作用。 
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:全灌水晶PU胶使LED的显示性提高,在应用时透光率极高,LED灯条不会变黄,把整个LED灯条完全密封,防水作用好,而且不影响LED灯条的柔软性。

结合图1,在本实用新型一种全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条的结构中,包括有PCB软性电路板103,所述PCB软性电路板103上设有电阻101及LED发光晶片102,所述PCB软性电路板103外周,设有一层360度全灌塑胶材料100,所述PCB软性电路板103的电源线穿过软性塑胶材料100连接市电。在具体实施中,软性塑胶材料是水晶PU胶。 
在应用时,在现有技术中的LED灯条上,涂有一层水晶PU胶的软性塑胶材料,在LED灯条的使用中,既不影响LED灯条的柔软性,又能极好的保护灯条中的电路不潮湿,起到良好的防水作用。 
本实用新型的防水作用好,而且不影响LED灯条的柔软性,是本领域一个既实用又新型的技术改进。

1.一种全防水结构的节能型LED软灯条,包括有PCB软性电路板,所述PCB软性电路板上设有电阻及LED发光晶片,其特征是:所述PCB软性电路板外周,设有一层360度全灌塑胶材料,所述PCB软性电路板的电源线穿过软性塑胶材料连接市电。
