本实用新型涉及一种永磁式排水泵。具体说，是家用洗衣机上的永磁式排水泵。它包括泵壳和电机，泵壳上有轴孔、进水口和出水口，电机的输出轴通过轴孔伸入泵壳内，泵壳内有叶轮，所述叶轮与电机的输出轴相连。其结构特点是与电机的输出轴垂直的泵壳一面上通孔，通孔外侧有外伸筒，外伸筒的外端有旋钮，旋钮内侧的外伸筒内有过滤筒，过滤筒一端与旋钮相连，另一端与所述通孔的周边相抵。所述进水口处于外伸筒的侧壁上。采用这种永磁式排水泵，可大大降低洗衣机故障率。

本实用新型涉及一种水泵。具体说，是家用洗衣机上的永磁式排水泵。
背景技术
在洗衣机制造行业都知道，洗衣机上都设置有排水泵。传统的排水泵包括泵壳和电机，泵壳上有轴孔、进水口和出水口，电机的输出轴通过轴孔伸入泵壳内，泵壳内有叶轮，所述叶轮与电机的输出轴相连。洗衣机运行过程中完成一个程序需要排水时，由控制程序来启动电机旋转的同时，泵壳上的进、出水口被打开，洗衣机内的水流经进水口后进入泵壳内，通过叶轮旋转从出水口排出在外。由于这种排水泵的进水口处在泵壳上，洗衣机排水时，洗衣机内的水直接进入泵壳内，被洗衣物中掉落的纤维和硬币等杂物进入泵壳后，不仅会堵塞洗衣机排水口，还会损坏叶轮，因此，采用传统排水泵的洗衣机，故障率较高。

本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种永磁式排水泵。采用这种永磁式排水泵，可大大降低洗衣机故障率。
为解决上述问题，采取以下技术方案：
本实用新型的永磁式排水泵包括泵壳和电机，泵壳上有轴孔、进水口和出水口，电机的输出轴通过轴孔伸入泵壳内，泵壳内有叶轮，所述叶轮与电机的输出轴相连。其结构特点是与电机的输出轴垂直的泵壳一面上通孔，通孔外侧有外伸筒，外伸筒的外端有旋钮，旋钮内侧的外伸筒内有过滤筒，过滤筒一端与旋钮相连，另一端与所述通孔的周边相抵。外伸筒的侧壁上有进水口。
其中，所述过滤筒含有内圆盘和外圆盘，内、外圆盘间有网筒，内圆盘中心有通孔，所述网筒两端分别与内圆盘和外圆盘形成为一体。泵壳上的出水口和外伸筒上的进水口分别处于相对的两侧。
外伸筒的外端有内螺纹，旋钮上有外螺纹，旋钮借助其上的外螺纹和外伸筒外端的内螺纹旋入外伸筒的外端内。
采取上述方案，具有以下优点：
由上述方案可以看出，由于与电机的输出轴垂直的泵壳一面上加工通孔，通孔外侧有外伸筒，外伸筒的外端有旋钮，旋钮内侧的外伸筒内有过滤筒，过滤筒一端与旋钮相连，另一端与所述通孔的周边相抵。外伸筒的侧壁上有进水口。洗衣机排水时，洗衣机内的水进入外伸筒侧壁上的进水口，通过网筒的过滤后，再通过网筒里端的通孔进入泵壳内，被洗衣物中掉落的纤维和硬币等杂物被拦截在网筒之外，避免了洗衣物中掉落的纤维和硬币等杂物堵塞洗衣机排水口、损坏叶轮的情况发生。从而大大降低了洗衣机的故障率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的永磁式排水泵包括泵壳2和电机1，所述泵壳2为近似圆盘形，其外侧壁上加工有出水口3，其一面的中心加工有轴孔，其另一面加工有通孔，电机1的输出轴12通过轴孔伸入泵壳2内。泵壳2内设置有叶轮4，所述叶轮4的中心加工有轴孔，叶轮4借助其中心的轴孔固定在电机1的输出轴12上。带有通孔的泵壳2一面上设置有外伸筒5，该外伸筒的里端与所述通孔四周的泵壳2形成为一体。外伸筒5的外端设置有旋钮7，旋钮7上加工有外螺纹，外伸筒5的外端加工有内螺纹，旋钮7借助其上的外螺纹和外伸筒5外端的内螺纹旋入外伸筒5的外端内。外伸筒5的侧壁上加工有进水口11。
如图2所示，旋钮7内侧的外伸筒5内设置有过滤筒，过滤筒一端与旋钮7相连，另一端与所述通孔的周边相抵。所述过滤筒含有内圆盘10和外圆盘6，内圆盘10与外圆盘6间设置有网筒8，内圆盘10中心加工有通孔9，所述网筒8两端分别与内圆盘10和外圆盘6形成为一体。
泵壳2上的出水口3和外伸筒5上的进水口11分别处于相对的两侧上。外伸筒5的外端加工有内螺纹，旋钮7上加工有外螺纹，旋钮7借助其上的外螺纹和外伸筒5外端的内螺纹旋入外伸筒5的外端内。
洗衣机排水时，洗衣机内的水经过外伸筒5侧壁上的进水口11、再穿过网筒8侧壁和内圆盘10上的通孔9后，进入泵壳2内，在叶轮4的作用下，出水口3排出。

1. 永磁式排水泵，包括泵壳（2）和电机（1），泵壳（2）上有轴孔和出水口（3），电机（1）的输出轴（12）通过轴孔伸入泵壳（2）内，泵壳（2）内有叶轮（4），所述叶轮（4）与电机（1）的输出轴（12）相连；其特征在于与电机（1）的输出轴（12）垂直的泵壳（2）一面上有通孔，通孔外侧有外伸筒（5），外伸筒（5）的外端有旋钮（7），旋钮（7）内侧的外伸筒（5）内有过滤筒，过滤筒一端与旋钮（7）相连，另一端与所述通孔的周边相抵；外伸筒（5）的侧壁上有进水口（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的永磁式排水泵，其特征在于所述过滤筒含有内圆盘（10）和外圆盘（6），内圆盘（10）与外圆盘（6）间有网筒（8），内圆盘（10）中心有通孔9），所述网筒（8）两端分别与内圆盘（10）和外圆盘（6）形成为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的永磁式排水泵，其特征在于泵壳（2）上的出水口（3）和外伸筒（5）上的进水口（11）分别处于相对的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的永磁式排水泵，其特征在于外伸筒（5）的外端有内螺纹，旋钮（7）上有外螺纹，旋钮（7）借助其上的外螺纹和外伸筒（5）外端的内螺纹旋入外伸筒（5）的外端内。
