一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种石油测井行业中将测井电缆与测井仪器连接在一起的工具,特别涉及一种具有双弱点保护的带张力马笼头。
二、背景技术:目前,国内油田在测井作业中普遍使用的两个必备装置是马笼头和张力短接,它们的作用是实现电缆与井下各种测量仪器的快速连接。但这两种装置是分体的,需要操作人员现场安装各类仪器,工作强度大,由于联接部件过多,影响了测量的准确性和可靠性,存在着测量仪器井下遇阻时无法反应阻力变化和安全保护性差的缺点。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种具备马笼头和张力短接两装置的功能,测量准确、可靠,具有双重安全保护的一体式结构的装置——具有双弱点保护的带张力马笼头。本实用新型的技术解决方案是:所述具有双弱点保护的带张力马笼头,主要由上护帽、马笼头体、活塞套、张力套、连接套、下接头和下护帽顺次连接而成,在张力套的内部设置有张力传感器,在马笼头体的内部设置有插座套,在插座套的下部与弱点座相连接,在弱点座的外壁上以螺纹方式连接有弱点螺套,在弱点座与弱点螺套间设置有弱点连接套,从弱点连接套的内腔下部穿插有弱点螺钉并与弱点座的内壁以螺纹相连接。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,维护周期长,绝缘性好,体积小,重量轻,连接迅速,能减轻工人劳动强度,缩短井上测井准备时间。本实用新型采用了双弱点的两层安全保护结构,能有效保护测井电缆完好升井和防止仪器被破坏,具有测量准确、可靠,灵敏度高,实时监控性好和安全保护度强的优点。

五、具体实施方式:参照附图,所述具有双弱点保护的带张力马笼头,主要由上护帽1、马笼头体2、活塞套3、张力套4、连接套5、下接头6和下护帽7顺次连接而成,在张力套4的内部设置有张力传感器8,在马笼头体2的内部设置有插座套10,在插座套10的下部与弱点座11相连接,在弱点座11的外壁上以螺纹方式连接有弱点螺套12,在弱点座11与弱点螺套12间设置有弱点连接套13,从弱点连接套13的内腔下部穿插有弱点螺钉9并与弱点座11的内壁以螺纹相连接。
面对井下高温、高压、地层水平位移等多种复杂因素,为了防止测量仪器在井下移动受阻时强力提升会导致电缆破损和仪器损坏,本实用新型设置了两个可靠性更高的安全点即双弱点:弱点螺钉9和弱点螺套12。仪器在井下受阻一旦超过设定值后,安全点作用启动,可将弱点螺钉9或弱点螺套12拉断,起到保护电缆完好升井和保护仪器不被损坏的作用。

1.一种具有双弱点保护的带张力马笼头,主要由上护帽(1)、马笼头体(2)、活塞套(3)、张力套(4)、连接套(5)、下接头(6)和下护帽(7)顺次连接而成,在张力套(4)的内部设置有张力传感器(8),其特征在于在马笼头体(2)的内部设置有插座套(10),在插座套(10)的下部与弱点座(11)相连接,在弱点座(11)的外壁上以螺纹方式连接有弱点螺套(12),在弱点座(11)与弱点螺套(12)间设置有弱点连接套(13),从弱点连接套(13)的内腔下部穿插有弱点螺钉(9)并与弱点座(11)的内壁以螺纹相连接。
