在神经外科、神经内科、危重病科、精神病院等科室常常有烦躁的病人因需要观察病情的变化，而为了真实地反应病情，在观察期间不能应用镇静药，以免延误病人病情的诊断及治疗。目前临床上常靠四肢约束带用来约束病人，束缚效果不好，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种坎肩式胸腹约束带，以克服目前临床上靠四肢约束带用来约束病人，束缚效果不好，存在安全隐患的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种坎肩式胸腹约束带，由前面、背面组成，其特征在于：该前面与背面的上端相互连接，在该前面和背面上端的中部留有穿头孔，在该背面的两边的腋中线的上、中、下部分别连接有缚带，在该缚带的端部以及该前面的两边设有对应的搭扣；在该前面的四角各连接一束带。

参见图1-图3，本实用新型一种坎肩式胸腹约束带，由前面1、背面2组成，其特征在于：该前面1与背面2的上端相互连接，在该前面1和背面2上端的中部留有穿头孔5，在该背面2的两边的腋中线的上、中、下部分别连接有缚带3，在该缚带3的端部以及该前面1的两边设有对应的搭扣4。该搭扣4可以采用为魔术贴，也可采用纽扣与扣眼以及其他常规的搭扣。在该前面1的四角各连接一束带6。
使用本实用新型时，临床医护人员将前面1和背面2展开，将穿头孔5套过病人的头，然后将各个缚带3的搭扣4与前面1的两边的搭扣4连接即可。最后将四根束带6与固定物(如床架)连接。
