技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力载波技术、电力线计量和控制技术以及网络通信技术领域,具体涉及一种基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘。
背景技术
电力载波通信是电力系统所特有的一种通信方式,是利用电力线作为信息传输媒介进行语音或数据传输的一种特殊通信方式,具有信息传输稳定可靠、路由合理、可同时复用信号等特点。
目前,大部分的配电盘应用于发电站、变电站及其他大型用电场所,但没有适合家庭使用的小型低压智能配电盘,尤其是一种能够显示家庭各电路用电情况的智能家用配电盘。现有的配电盘都需要用户进行现场的操作,无法进行远程的监控。而且大部分配电盘的研究主要考虑如何在检修、使用过程中更加方便,以及外观设计更加美观。
实用新型内容
       为了克服现有的配电盘无法完成多线路的用电统计,无法实现对家庭中电器设备的监控,用户无法进行远程控制的缺点,本实用新型提供了一种基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘。该智能家用配电盘利用电力载波技术实现以配电盘为核心的家用电器设备互联;实现对家庭中各线路的用电情况的统计和控制;用户可以通过GPRS实现手机等终端设备随时随地的对家用电器的监控。
为了完成上述的目的,本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案:
基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,它包括核心控制单元,所述核心控制单元分别与LCD触摸屏,多路计量单元,多路控制单元和电力载波通信单元双向通信;所述核心控制单元还通过网线与Internet通信。
所述核心控制单元为以MCU为核心的电路板。
所述的LCD触摸屏为具有显示功能的LCD液晶触摸屏。
所述的电力载波通信单元通过提供和MCU相连的SPI总线接口实现与核心控制单元的连接,同时MCU通过载波收发芯片能够在电力线上接收和发送数据。
所述的多路计量单元为具有计量功能的计量芯片。
所述的多路控制单元为继电器。
所述LCD触摸屏用于显示配电盘所获得的数据,并为用户提供图形界面操作接口;核心控制单元以MCU为核心提供LCD数据通信接口,Internet通信接口、载波通信接口、多路计量接口、多路控制接口;Internet通信单元用于实现配电盘的Internet通信;载波通信单元实现电力载波通信;多路计量单元实现对每一线路的电量以及其他参数的统计;多路控制单元实现对每一线路的导通与闭合控制。
本实用新型涉及原理如下:通过电力载波形成一个以智能配电盘为核心的家庭电力局域网络,从而实现对家用电器的监控;通过LCD触摸屏实现对家庭用电线路和设备的监控;通过计量芯片实现对线路的用电统计,通过继电器实现对线路的导通和闭合控制;通过RJ45网口实现Internet连接;用户通过GPRS实现手机等终端设备随时地对家用电器的监控。 
有益效果:本实用新型能够分别计量各个线路的用电情况,用户可以根据这些数据来调整平时的用电习惯;通过GPRS技术支持手机等终端对配电盘的远程访问,实现随时随地通过配电盘对家用电器的监控,避免一些安全隐患;利用电力载波技术,实现了以配电盘为核心的家用电器设备的互连,健康环保,在家庭中更减少了网络的布线,免除了重新布建局域网的困扰。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,它包括核心控制单元1,核心控制单元1和LCD触摸屏2、多路计量单元3、多路控制单元4相互连接;核心控制单元1通过网线6和Internet 5实现通信;核心控制单元1通过SPI总线和电力载波通信单元7实现通信。
如图2所示,是核心控制单元1的结构框图,核心控制单元以MCU为核心;LCD总线接口和MCU相连,实现和LCD触摸屏之间的数据通信;多路计量接口线和MCU相连,实现和多路计量单元的数据通信;多路控制接口线和MCU相连,实现和多路控制单元的数据通信;核心控制单元中提供和MCU相连的RJ45网口,实现Internet 5通信;核心控制单元通过和MCU相连的SPI总线接口,实现和电力载波通信单元的通信。
如图3所示,是电力载波通信单元7的结构图,电力载波通信单元通过提供和MCU相连的SPI总线接口可以实现和核心控制单元1的连接;同时MCU通过载波收发芯片可以在电力线上接收和发送数据。
如图4所示,是该实用新型的一个实施例,用户通过手机实现对家用电器实现远程监控,用户控制数据会在手机上以GPRS的方式和基站连接,基站通过电信运营公司内部网络将数据传递到Internet 5上,智能家用配电盘通过网线从Internet 5中获得相关的数据,对其解析并通过电力载波的方式实现对家用电器的控制。另一方面,家用电器的相关参数数据,可以反向传递到用户的手机上进行显示,即所涉及的通信都是双向的。

1.基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,其特征是,它包括核心控制单元,所述核心控制单元分别与LCD触摸屏,多路计量单元,多路控制单元和电力载波通信单元双向通信;所述核心控制单元还通过网线与Internet通信。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,其特征是,所述核心控制单元为以MCU为核心的电路板。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,其特征是,所述的LCD触摸屏为具有显示功能的LCD液晶触摸屏。
4.如权利要求1所述的基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,其特征是,所述的电力载波通信单元通过提供和MCU相连的SPI总线接口实现与核心控制单元的连接,同时MCU通过载波收发芯片能够在电力线上接收和发送数据。
5.如权利要求1所述的基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,其特征是,所述的多路计量单元为具有计量功能的计量芯片。
6.如权利要求1所述的基于电力载波技术的多线路管理的智能家用配电盘,其特征是,所述的多路控制单元为继电器。
