背景技术
单晶硅片是太阳能电池最主要的原材料。现有的单晶硅片的倒角为圆弧状，硅片的厚度为200μm。其缺点是：圆弧状倒角在切割时需要使用滚磨机打磨，费时费力且易崩边，去除材料多，硅片面积小，太阳能电池的发电效率低；单晶硅片厚度过大，造成生产原料的浪费，每公斤硅棒的出片数仅有40片，生产成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种面积大、厚度薄的小角单晶硅片，以避免崩边、提高太阳能电池的生产效率、发电效率、节约生产原料、降低生产成本。
