目前，市场上用在输送带装订带扣后的串销主要采用钢铰线绳、不锈钢绞线、铁丝等直接加工而成，由于上述材料制成的串销承载能力小，在使用中寿命很短，而输送带由于此附件的更换而不得不停工，加之输送带上更换数量多，既费工又费时。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于解决现有技术中的上述缺陷，提供一种能提高输送带连接处强度以及承载能力的、长寿命的高强度串销。
本实用新型为达到上述目的，所采用的技术手段是：高强度串销，包括，内芯、强化卷带，所述强化卷带缠绕在内芯上，两端通过点焊焊接。
进一步的，所述内芯采用不锈钢钢丝绳，所述强化卷带采用不锈钢带。
本实用新型有益效果在于：内芯、强化卷带组成的结构，简单却可以用于多尘、潮湿、高温的恶劣环境中，内芯在强化卷带的缠绕下承载能力加强，有效的提高了输送带连接处的强度和承载能力，以上均使得串销的使用寿命增加，达到实际生产的需要。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的高强度串销，包括，内芯1、强化卷带2，所述强化卷带2均匀有序的缠绕在内芯1上，通过定长切割后，内芯1的两端与强化卷带2通过点焊焊接。
进一步的，所述内芯1采用不锈钢钢丝绳，所述强化卷带2采用不锈钢带。
当输送带装订带扣后，将高强度串销穿入两连接扣孔中，使用寿命长且经久耐用。
