一种多相分离自洁式抽吸装置，是由外管(6)，不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管(4)，螺旋叶片(5)，上下接头(3)、(8)构成，其特征是：不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管(4)用螺纹联结在上接头(3)的内孔，不锈钢螺旋叶片(5)固定在不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管(4)的外圆上，再在螺旋叶片(5)的外圆套上外管(6)，所述外管(6)的上部钻有4个排气斜孔。该装置除具有抽吸功能外还具有防砂、防气的功能，从而提高抽吸效率，延长抽油泵的使用寿命，增加采油经济效益。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田采油领域所用的抽吸装置，尤其是自洁式抽吸装置。 
背景技术
在采油领域中，采油抽吸装置是采油的重要设备。抽吸装置主要是解决抽油泵抽油问题，现在油田已进入中后期，多为含水、含气、含蜡、含沙量大的油井，因此给抽油造成一定的困难，时间一长，抽油泵就会堵塞，从而直接影响油井的生产。 
发明内容
为了克服现有抽吸装置的上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种多相分离自洁式抽吸装置，该自洁式装置不仅能够自动清洁，而且具有防砂防气的功能，使用寿命长、节约采油成本的特点。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种多相分离自洁式抽吸装置，是由上部钻有若干通孔的外管6，不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管4，螺旋叶片5，上下接头3、8构成，不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管4用螺纹联结在上接头3的内孔，不锈钢螺旋叶片5固定在不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管4的外圆上，再在螺旋叶片5的外圆套上外管6。外管6的上部钻有4个排气斜孔。 
多相分离自洁式抽吸装置采用流体力学原理设计制造，油液由该总成外管小孔进入本装置内，经过螺旋片实现气、砂、液自动分离，分离出的气体由上部四斜孔排出，液体经螺旋片及绕丝缝隙进入内部芯管，同时旋转的油液还可以把绕丝管壁上的残存的砂子冲刷掉，达到自我清洗的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：多相分离自洁式抽吸装置除具有抽吸功能外还具有防砂、防气的功能，从而提高抽吸效率，延长抽油装置的使用寿命，增加采油经济效益。

具体实施方式
该装置主要由抽油泵总成和多相分离自洁式总成两部分组成，下井先将装有堵头的10-20根尾管先下放到井内，然后顺序连接多相分离自洁式抽吸装置，接着串联若干根油管，再串联抽油泵总成、油管直至达到油管柱总长。该多相分离自洁式总成采用流体力学原理设计制造，与抽油泵总成连接后下入油井中，介质由该装置外管小孔进入本装置内，实现气、砂、液自动分离，分离出的气体由上部4斜孔排入油套管环空；分离出的砂子沉入尾管中；分离后油液从内部芯管进入抽油泵泵筒内；液体经螺旋片进入内部芯管时，还可起到自我清洗的作用，把绕丝管壁上的残存的砂子冲刷掉。

1.一种多相分离自洁式抽吸装置，是由外管(6)，不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管(4)，螺旋叶片(5)，上下接头(3)、(8)构成，其特征是：不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管(4)用螺纹悬挂在上接头(3)的内孔，螺旋叶片(5)固定在不锈钢丝缠绕式筛管(4)的外圆，再在螺旋叶片(5)的外圆套上外管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多相分离自洁式抽吸装置，其特征是：所述外管(6)的上部钻有4个排气斜孔。
