[0002] 生物质能源是目前可再生能源中唯一的碳资源,可以用于生产能源产品、化工原料等。生物质快速热解液化制备生物油技术是通过热化学转化的方法,将低能量密度的生物质同时转化为气、液、固等三种高能产品的新型生物质能利用技术,具有很大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景。三种产物中,以液相的生物油为主,热解炭可用于制备活性炭、土壤改良剂等,尾气主要是小分子永久性气体,往往直接排空或 废弃。
[0003] 生物质快速热解液化的副产品尾气是热解过程中产生的不可冷凝气体,包括CO、CO2, H2, CH4等,具有一定的热值。热解尾气直接排空,不仅造成了资源的浪费,而且还对环境造成一定的热负荷。
[0004] 随着国家节能减排要求的逐步提高和研究的日益深入,人们开始自热式热解技术的研究,探索将热解尾气合理利用的途径和方法,以满足环保要求,降低生物质快速热解エ艺技术的操作成本。
[0005]目前自热式生物质热解技术多以副产物热解炭为热源,采用直接燃烧或者气化燃烧的方式为热解反应提供热量。图I所示是专利号为ZL200810024526. 8,发明名称为“单床自热式热解气化燃烧反应器及热解气化燃烧方法”的专利中公开的单床自热式热解气化燃烧反应器结构示意图。图I中,I是卷吸孔,2是燃烧床,3是料腿,4是导向管,5是热解床,6是分隔板,是7旋风分离器,8是烟气旋风分离器,9是烟气回料器,10是产物气回料器,(i)是催化剤/床料进ロ,(ii)是反应器底部入口,(iii)是流化载气入口,(iv)是空气入口,(V)是产物气出口,(vi)是燃烧烟气出口。该方法中,产物气旋风分离器及烟气旋风分离器分离出的热解炭及床料,经回料器回到燃烧床中,在空气吹动的作用下,流化并燃烧,为热解反应提供热量。然而,热解炭作为固体燃料进行燃烧,过程不易控制,加热不均匀,易造成局部温度过高;其流化过程消耗动力,高温燃烧床与流化床为ー个整体,对装置的材质和结构要求很高。

[0008] 本实用新型提出的自热式生物质快速热解液化装置,其优点是,本实用新型热解液化装置中对热解尾气进行循环利用,实现了自热式生产,节约能源,绿色环保。燃烧炉和反应器加热外套配合工作,改变已有技术中用电加热的方式,利用高温烟气对流化床反应器壁进行换热,使流化床反应器的受热均匀,而且提高了传热效率。本实用新型装置中设有两台烟气换热器,实现高温烟气的热量回收,有效地利用烟气的余热,大大降低了设备的运行能耗。本实用新型装置中,将热解反应的尾气有效地 用作反应器的热源和流化床的载气,不仅将副产物进行自身循环,而且实现了生物质快速热解液化的自热式生产;利用燃烧炉产生的烟气对流化床反应器进行加热,不仅装置的结构简单,而且生产过程容易控制。

[0013] 本实用新型提出的自热式生物质快速热解液化装置,其结构如图2所示,包括燃烧炉19、螺旋进料器11、流化床反应器12、加热外套20、旋风分离器7、冷凝塔14、第一烟气换热器17、第二烟气换热器18和循环风机16。螺旋进料器11与流化床反应器12的下部相连。加热外套20套装在流化床反应器12中部反应段的外壁上,所述的燃烧炉19的顶部通过高温烟气管道与加热外套20的底部进气ロ相连,加热外套20顶部的出气ロ依次与第一畑气换热器17中的热气路和第二烟气换热器18中的热气路相连。旋风分离器7的进气ロ与流化床反应器12顶部的出气ロ相连,旋风分离器7的出气ロ与冷凝塔14的进气ロ相连,旋风分离器7的下部出料ロ与集炭箱13相连。冷凝塔14内下部的液体通过管道与顶部的喷淋头相互连通,冷凝塔的下部出料ロ与储油罐15相连,冷凝塔上部的不可冷凝气出ロ通过循环风机16分别与第一烟气换热器17中的冷气路进口和第二烟气换热器18中的冷气路进ロ相连,第一烟气换热器17中的冷气路出口与流化床反应器12底部的流化载气入口相连,第二烟气换热器18中的冷气路出口与燃烧炉19底部的燃烧用不可冷凝气进ロ相连。
[0014] 上述快速热解液化装置中,加热外套20的结构如图3所示,其中21是肋片,22是支撑筋。肋片21通过支撑筋22固定在加热外套20上,肋片21与加热外套20的横截面平行,肋片之间互相平行。每个肋片的ー侧开有缺ロ,相邻两个肋片的缺ロ方向呈180°。
[0015] 以下结合附图,详细介绍本实用新型快速热解液化装置的工作原理:
[0016] 首先,生物质原料由螺旋进料器11输送到流化床反应器12中,在流化床反应器12底部吹入的流化载气作用下开始流化,同时吸收热量发生热解反应,产生的热解气进入旋风分离器7中进行气固分离,分离出的热解炭进入集炭箱13。热解气进入冷凝塔14进行冷凝,冷凝下来的液态产物-生物油进入储油罐15中。不可冷凝气体经过循环风机16后分为两部分,一部分不可冷凝气体经过第一烟气换热器17,与来自流化床反应器12的加热外套20中的高温燃烧废气(vi)进行换热升温 后,作为流化载气进入流化床反应器12中;另一部分不可冷凝气体经过第二烟气换热器18,与来自第一烟气换热器17的温度较低的废气进行换热,使不可冷凝气体预热后再进入燃烧炉19中进行燃烧。燃烧炉19中的燃气燃烧后产生的高温烟气(ix)进入加热外套20中。加热外套内设有多个互相平行的肋片21,每个肋片的ー侧开有缺ロ。从加热外套底部进入的高温烟气(ix),由下而上穿过各肋片的缺ロ,由于相邻两个肋片的缺ロ方向呈180°,高温烟气可以在较大的换热面积条件下,对流化床反应器12充分加热,最后再依次经过烟气换热器17、18后排空。
[0017] 用本实用新型的快速热解液化装置处理的生物质原料,可以为落叶松木粉,含水率15%,粒径O. 45〜O. 9mm。其工作过程是:
[0018] 预热阶段:向燃烧炉19中通入液化气,液化气燃烧产生的烟气对流化床反应器12进行加热升温。此时循环风机16开启。
[0019] 工作阶段:当流化床反应器12内温度达到550°C时,启动螺旋进料器11,开始向反应器中加入物料,随着反应的进行,逐渐加大进料速率,直到5kg/h之后保持不变,此时循环风机16流量为30m3/h。调节(vii)、(iii)气体流量,保证流化载气(iii)流量在20m3/h的基础上,使得进入燃烧炉19中燃烧的不可冷凝气(vii)的流量最大化;根据流化床反应器12内温度,调节进入燃烧炉19中燃烧的液化气(viii)以及助燃空气(iv)的流量。维持流化床反应器12内温度550°C左右,直到生物质原料投入并反应完毕。
[0020] 停机阶段:热解反应完毕后,首先关闭燃烧炉的不可冷凝气(vii)、液化气(viii)及助燃空气(iv),流化床反应器12内温度降低到100°C以下时,关闭冷凝塔14内喷淋介质进ロ,流化床反应器12内温度降低到60°C以下时,关闭循环风机16。
[0021]由集炭箱13中收集得到热解炭,储油罐15中收集得到冷却生物油,经分析,本实施例中热解产物生物油产率约为55%,其含水率为30% ;热解炭产率为20%,不可冷凝气产率为25%。
Claims (1)
1. 一种自热式生物质快速热解液化装置,其特征在于该热解液化装置包括燃烧炉、螺旋进料器、流化床反应器、加热外套、旋风分离器、冷凝塔、第一烟气换热器、第二烟气换热器和循环风机;所述的螺旋进料器与流化床反应器的下部相连;所述的加热外套套装在流化床反应器中部反应段的外壁上,所述的燃烧炉的顶部通过高温烟气管道与加热外套的底部进气口相连,加热外套顶部的出气口依次与第一烟气换热器中的热气路和第二烟气换热器中的热气路相连;所述的旋风分离器的进气口与流化床反应器顶部的出气口相连,旋风分离器的出气口与冷凝塔的进气口相连,旋风分离器的下部出料口与集炭箱相连;所述的冷凝塔内下部的液体通过管道与顶部的喷淋头相互连通,冷凝塔的下部出料口与储油罐相连,冷凝塔上部的不可冷凝气出口通过循环风机分别与第一烟气换热器中的冷气路进口和第二烟气换热器中的冷气路进口相连,第一烟气换热器中的冷气路出口与流化床反应器底部的流化载气入口相连,第二烟气换热器中的冷气路出口与燃烧炉底部的燃烧用不可冷凝气进口相连。
