一般聚合反应釜中含10—12%的固体颗粒悬浮液，由于固体颗粒为天然物质，在化学反应后易产生一些较大颗粒，由于反应时间长，这些大颗粒易在下料阀上端沉积板结，影响反应釜出料。

本实用新型的目的就是克服现有技术中的不足，而提供一种反应釜防堵搅拌装置。
