本发明提供了一种自适应骨钉，手术时可以无视骨骼受损情况，只需准备一种型号的骨钉即可满足需要。
本发明是这样实现的：骨钉冒①和骨钉冒②内部中空，钉帽上设置缺口，螺纹柱带螺纹冒的一段深入到骨钉冒①，骨钉冒①和骨钉冒②末端开口并设置内螺纹。

如图所示，骨钉冒①2和骨钉冒②5内部中空，钉帽上设置缺口1，螺纹柱4带螺纹冒3的一段深入到骨钉冒①2，骨钉冒①2和骨钉冒②5末端开口并设置内螺纹。
使用时，现根据手术中骨骼受损情况，适当调整螺纹柱4深入骨钉冒①2内的长度，然后将骨钉穿过骨骼，另一端将螺纹柱4旋入骨钉冒②即完成固定。
