现有的外科手术用拉钩的拉钩头不能根据手术刀口的大小进行更换，如开腹手术时，当手术刀口较大时，为使所暴露的手术野充分，需要用多个拉钩一同拉开手术刀口部位，增加了手术医务人员的数量和工作量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可根据手术刀口大小的需要方便更换拉钩头的外科手术用拉钩。
一种外科手术用拉钩，它包括连接板、U形管、拉钩头和顶丝，连接板的后侧面的长度小于前侧面的长度，连接板的前侧面的中部沿该连接板的前侧面的长度方向设有连接槽，拉钩头的后端插入连接板的连接槽内，连接板的上表面与所述的连接槽相对应位置处设有沉孔，沉孔由大直径光孔和小直径螺纹孔构成，顶丝与沉孔的小直径螺纹孔螺纹连接，顶丝的端部将拉钩头的后端顶靠在连接板上，顶丝的头部设置在大直径光孔内，拉钩头的前端设有向下并斜向后端的弯钩，连接板的后侧面与U形管的两端固定连接。
本实用新型由于在连接板的前侧面上设有连接槽，连接槽与拉钩通过顶丝固定连接，因此，可根据手术刀口大小的需要更换大小不同的拉钩，这样就可以使手术野暴露充分，利于手术的顺利进行，同时还可以减少手术医务人员数量和工作量。本实用新型特别适合腹部手术的需要。
在进行手术时，用手拉住U形管，用拉钩头拉开刀口处，暴露手术野。

1.一种外科手术用拉钩，它包括连接板（1）、U形管（2）、拉钩头（3）和顶丝（4），其特征是：连接板（1）的后侧面的长度小于前侧面的长度，连接板（1）的前侧面的中部沿该连接板（1）的前侧面的长度方向设有连接槽（5），拉钩头（3）的后端插入连接板（1）的连接槽（5）内，连接板（1）的上表面与所述的连接槽（5）相对应位置处设有沉孔，沉孔由大直径光孔和小直径螺纹孔构成，顶丝（4）与沉孔的小直径螺纹孔螺纹连接，顶丝（4）的端部将拉钩头（3）的后端顶靠在连接板（1）上，顶丝（4）的头部设置在大直径光孔内，拉钩头（3）的前端设有向下并斜向后端的弯钩（6），连接板（1）的后侧面与U形管（2）的两端固定连接。
