Abstract
一种能通过设置活动的保温套，从而使水杯实现冷暖两用的冷暖两用杯。它包括杯盖、外壳、底座、保温套和杯胆。杯胆设置在外壳中，杯盖连接在杯胆的杯口上或是连接在外壳的上端口上，保温套设置在外壳与杯胆之间，底座连接在外壳的下端口上。使用时，开启底座，将保温套从杯胆上卸掉，再盖上底座，此时两用杯即可作为普通水杯使用。当保温套再次套装在杯胆上时，两用杯即可作为保温水杯使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保温水杯，尤其是能通过设置活动的保温套，从而使水杯实现冷暖两用的冷暖两用杯。
背景技术
目前，公知的保温水杯中的保温套不能卸掉，因此只适合在冬季使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有的保温水杯只适合在冬季使用的不足，本实用新型提供一种冷暖两用杯，该冷暖两用杯能通过设置活动的保温套，从而使水杯实现冷暖两用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括杯盖、外壳、底座、保温套和杯胆。杯胆设置在外壳中，杯盖连接在杯胆的杯口上或是连接在外壳的上端口上，保温套设置在外壳与杯胆之间，底座连接在外壳的下端口上。使用时，开启底座，将保温套从杯胆上卸掉，再盖上底座，此时两用杯即可作为普通水杯使用。当保温套再次套装在杯胆上时，两用杯即可作为保温水杯使用。
本实用新型的有益效果是，能通过设置活动的保温套，从而使水杯实现冷暖两用。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2中，杯胆5设置在外壳2中，杯盖1连接在杯胆5的杯口上或是连接在外壳2的上端口上，保温套4设置在外壳2与杯胆5之间，底座3连接在外壳2的下端口上。
在图2、图3中，使用时，开启底座3，将保温套4从杯胆5上卸掉，再盖上底座3，此时两用杯即可作为普通水杯使用。当保温套4再次套装在杯胆5上时，两用杯即可作为保温水杯使用。

1.一种冷暖两用杯，它包括杯盖、外壳、底座、保温套和杯胆，其特征是：杯胆设置在外壳中，杯盖连接在杯胆的杯口上，保温套设置在外壳与杯胆之间，底座连接在外壳的下端口上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖两用杯，其特征是：所述的杯盖也可以连接在外壳的上端口上。
