本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在上横框和下横框铰连两竖框，屏风脚在下横框两边，在竖框两边折叠轴连接在另一组竖框两边，电热膜在装饰板里的隔板上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以在室内起到隔断和装饰作用的同时，还有取暖功能。
