本实用新型涉及一种育秧装置,具体是一种高强度育秧盘。 
背景技术
随着农业生产机械化水平不断提升,秧苗的播种基本上采用机械化来播种,为了配合播种机,秧苗的培育需要用通过育秧盘来培育,目前育秧盘主要硬盘和软盘,目前硬盘普遍为平底结构,且秧盘的边缘为翻沿结构,目前这种硬盘而且相对软盘厚度较厚,但由于面积大,在秧盘内盛满泥土搬运时,仍然显得比较单薄,容易断裂;另外现有硬盘式育秧盘均为平面式底部,这种结构育秧盘秧苗根系会纠缠一起,不便于插秧机分秧切块,会造成秧苗的损伤,影响成活率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高强度育秧盘,该育秧盘将软盘底面穴槽式结构引入到硬盘上,并将硬盘边沿设置成两层结构,两层边沿之间设有加强筋,从而大大提高育秧盘的强度,具有缓冲防破碎、不变形、秧盘底部将原来的平面设计改进成穴槽状,使秧苗根系生长在空位内,便于机插分秧切块,减少秧苗根系损伤,缩短秧苗返青提高成活率。 
为实现上述目的采用以下技术方案: 
一种高强度育秧盘,包括方形的硬质盘体,盘体的包括底部,底部向上延伸形成内边沿,其特征在于:在盘体底部设有若干穴槽,若干穴槽规则排列,在穴槽的底部开有小孔。
在所述的盘体的内边沿上沿向下折返形成外边沿,在内边沿与外边沿之间设有加强筋,加强筋将内外边沿连接成一体。 
本实用新型将硬质盘体的底部设置成穴槽式,并且将边沿设置双层结构,两层边沿之间设有加强筋,能过穴槽式的底部和双层边沿大大增强了育秧盘的强度,使得育秧盘能承受更大的重量,并延长育秧盘的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种高强度育秧盘,包括方形的硬质盘体1,盘体1的包括底部11,底部11向上延伸形成内边沿12,在盘体底部设有若干穴槽13,若干穴槽13规则排列,在穴槽13的底部开有小孔14,在所述的盘体1的内边沿12上沿向下折返形成外边沿15,在内边沿12与外边沿15之间设有加强筋16,加强筋16将内外边沿连接成一体。 
本实用新型在盘体底部设置成穴槽式结构,穴槽式结构相当底部加厚,增强了底部的强度,边沿采用加强筋连接两层边沿的结构,大大提了边沿的强度,使得育秧盘能承受更大的重量,具有缓冲防破碎、不变形、秧盘底部将原来的平面设计改进成穴槽状,使秧苗根系生长在空位内,便于机插分秧切块,减少秧苗根系损伤,缩短秧苗返青提高成活率。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度育秧盘,其特征在于:在所述的盘体的内边沿上沿向下折返形成外边沿,在内边沿与外边沿之间设有加强筋,加强筋将内外边沿连接成一体。
