Abstract

电机转子的磁体结构,分别在磁块面积最大的两个相对侧面上,一面设置为N极,另一面设置为S极;把磁块阵列均布在转子上时,极性面向外,而且相邻磁块的极性相反,当一块磁块的N极向外靠近定子时,相邻磁块的S极向外靠近定子,不论是4极、6极、8极或更多极的电机都按此原则处理。本实用新型的好处是在不改变转子直径的前提下,成倍提高电机扭矩,而且基本上不用增加成本,特别适用于大功率电机,经济效益十分显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及电机制造领域,尤其涉及永磁电机的一种电机转子的磁体结构。 
背景技术
电机转子是电机的关键零件,上面固定的磁块都是长条状的,国外电机也用制成圆弧状长条的磁块。长条的一端是N极,一端是S极,磁力线从N极穿出进入S极,在两极之间形成磁力线回路。磁块在转子圆周上阵列均布,当交变的定子磁力线切割转子磁力线时,就驱动转子在定子中高速旋转,驱动扭矩的大小区决于磁力线的强弱多少。磁块长条两端的表面积就是决定磁力线多少的关键因素,但由于转子直径的限制,磁块不可能做得十分粗厚。 
有鉴于此,本发明人对电机转子做了深入研究,突破传统思维方式,终于取得了令人惊喜的效果,本案由此产生。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供电机转子的磁体结构,在不增大转子直径的前提下,成倍地提高了电机扭矩。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下: 
电机转子的磁体结构,分别在磁块面积最大的两个相对侧面上,一面设置为N极,另一面设置为S极;
把磁块阵列均布在转子上时,极性面向外,而且相邻磁块的极性相反,当一个磁块的N极向外靠近定子时,相邻磁块的S极向外靠近定子。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
实施例1 
一种4极电机转子的磁体极性布置如图1所示,把磁块面积最大的两个相对侧面分别设置成N极和S极;四条磁块阵列均布在电机转子上,当一块磁块的N极向外靠近定子时,相邻磁块的S极向外靠近定子,不论是4极、6极、8极或更多极的电机都按此原则间隔排列处理。
  本发明据实际测试,电机输出扭矩提高1.1倍以上。

1.电机转子的磁体结构,其特征在于:分别在磁块面积最大的两个相对侧面上,一面设置为N极,另一面设置为S极;
把磁块阵列均布在转子上时,极性面向外,而且相邻磁块的极性相反,当一个磁块的N极向外靠近定子时,相邻磁块的S极向外靠近定子。
