Abstract

一种大容量供电并联回路接地故障定位装置,供电系统的输电与受电两处之间的输电母排之间并联了n条相同规格的电缆,设有直流信号源、限流电抗L,直流信号源和限流电抗L串联至IT电力系统配电变压器的中性点,并在每条并联的电缆首端装设断路器QF,在并联的电缆末端装设负荷开关K和霍尔电流互感器CT。本实用新型通过提出的IT电力系统配电变压器的中性点和信号源的接入,对大容量IT电力系统并联回路接地故障定位,能对故障线路进行准确的定位,可靠性高并方便在不影响供电条件下更换故障电缆,在大功率IT电力系统中应用尤其重要。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种大容量IT电力系统并联回路接地故障定位装置。
技术背景
当IT电力系统(供电行业内指无中心导体的常用供电系统)内负荷容量过大时,某段输电线路如果仅使用单条电缆,其载流量无法满足要求,必须将多条相同规格的电缆并联使用。如果在并联的多条电缆中有一条发生了接地故障,IT电力系统的绝缘监测装置能够报警,选线装置也可以指示出故障线路,但如何从多条电缆中选出故障的电缆是一项难题,目前未有专门技术的公开。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,提出一种大容量IT电力系统并联回路接地故障定位装置,即通过注入直流电流来查找故障线路与故障点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:大容量IT电力系统并联回路接地故障定位装置,IT电力系统的输电与受电两处之间的输电母排之间并联了n条相同规格的电缆,设有直流信号源、限流电抗L,直流信号源和限流电抗L串联至IT电力系统配电变压器的中性点,并在每条并联的电缆首端装设断路器QF,在并联的电缆末端装设负荷开关K和霍尔电流互感器CT。直流信号源DC用于提供故障回路电源,限流电抗L用来保护直流信号源,断路器QF和负荷开关K用来投切每一条电缆,霍尔电流互感器CT用于检测每条电缆上是否流过故障电流;直流注入源的投切、断路器QF的开合、霍尔电流传感器的检测均可通过现场总线结构在上位机集中控制。当n条电缆中第m条电缆发生接地故障时,注入的直流信号可通过限流电抗L——各线路上的阻抗——接地电阻R——大地构成故障回路,故障直流电流可流经每一条线路末端装设的CT,所有的霍尔电流互感器都能感应出故障电压,仅如此实施还不能指示出具体哪一条电缆故障。此时并联电缆中某条电缆发生接地故障,所有CT均感应出故障电压,指示故障。n常用4-10根。
断开QF1,检测CT1,CT1未感应出故障电压,证明电缆1无故障,闭合QF1;
断开QF2,检测CT2,CT2未感应出故障电压,证明电缆2无故障,闭合QF2;
直到依次断开QFn,检测CTn,CTn感应出故障电压,上位机指示电缆n故障,保持QFn断开;进一步断开故障电缆n末端的负荷开关Kn,此时故障电缆n已不再带电,靠其余的电缆保持系统IT电力供应,更换该电缆后再次闭合QFn和Kn,恢复第n条电缆工作。
本实用新型有益效果是:通过提出的IT电力系统配电变压器的中性点和信号源的加入,对大容量IT电力系统并联回路接地故障定位,能对故障线路进行准确的定位,可靠性高并方便在不影响供电条件下更换故障电缆,在大功率IT电力系统中应用尤其重要。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施方式如图所示,IT电力的输电和受电两处母排之间并联了n条相同规格的电缆。由IT电力系统和地之间接入的一直流源DC,设有保护直流信号源的限流电抗器L,安装与电缆首端的断路器QF,安装与电缆末端的的负荷开关K和霍尔电流互感器CT,控制上述设备的上位机等组成。
具体需要一个直流信号源,通过一个限流电抗L注入配电变压器的中性点,并在每条并联电缆的首端装设断路器QF,在电缆末端装设负荷开关K和霍尔电流互感器CT。直流信号源DC用于提供故障回路电源,限流电抗用来保护直流信号源,断路器QF和负荷开关K用来投切每一条电缆,电流互感器CT用于检测每条电缆上是否流过故障电流。直流注入源的投切、断路器QF的开合、霍尔直流传感器的检测均可通过现场总线结构在上位机集中控制。
当第n条电缆发生接地故障时,注入的直流信号可通过限流电抗L——各线路上的阻抗——接地电阻R——大地构成故障回路,故障直流电流可流经每一条线路末端装设的CT,所有的霍尔电流互感器都能感应出故障电压,仅如此实施还不能指示出具体哪一条电缆故障。该方法立足于逐条检测电缆上的接地故障,需要进一步保证本电缆故障时,本电缆末端的CT确实能可靠感应出故障电压,其具体实施流程如下(假设接地故障发生在第n条电缆电缆上):
1.并联电缆中某条电缆发生接地故障,所有CT均感应出故障电压,指示故障;
2.断开QF1,检测CT1,CT1未感应出故障电压,证明电缆1无故障,闭合QF1;
3.断开QF2,检测CT2,CT2未感应出故障电压,证明电缆2无故障,闭合QF2;
……
n.断开QFn,检测CTn,CTn感应出故障电压,上位机指示电缆n故障,保持QFn断开;
当已经定位到故障电缆且需要更换电缆时,可进一步断开故障电缆n末端的负荷开关Kn,此时故障电缆n已不再带电,靠其余的电缆保持系统IT电力供应,更换该电缆后再次闭合QFn和Kn,恢复第n条电缆工作。本实用新型可检测并联电缆上的接地故障,并定位到具体的某根电缆上。
整个方案可在不切断系统供电的情况下正确指示故障,并排除故障,维持了IT电力系统供电可靠性高的优势。

1.一种大容量供电并联回路接地故障定位装置,供电系统的输电与受电两处之间的输电母排之间并联了n条相同规格的电缆,其特征是设有直流信号源、限流电抗L,直流信号源和限流电抗L串联至IT电力系统配电变压器的中性点,并在每条并联的电缆首端装设断路器QF,在并联的电缆末端装设负荷开关K和霍尔电流互感器CT。
