技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑幕墙,尤其是涉及一种保温效果好的改进幕墙。
背景技术
建筑幕墙特别是玻璃幕墙是建筑围护中热交换最活跃、最敏感的部位与混凝土或砖砌体相比,前者是后者热交换损失的5倍-6倍。为此,幕墙设计的关键在于追求合理利用太阳能源。所以幕墙保温是建筑外围护结构中非常重要的部分。常规外墙保温做法一般采用密封的墙板可与保温层或与外墙结构面之间形成空气层,提高保温效果。但是往往存在以下缺点:
(1)对混凝土结构平整度要求必要严格;
(2)安装不能实现装配式;
(3)保温部分从内向外安装,内衬板与构件接缝应严密,内衬板就位后应密封处理。施工不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种传热系数更小、保温效果更明显、施工更方便的保温效果好的改进幕墙。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种保温效果好的改进幕墙,该幕墙的背面设置有保温材料,保温材料的外侧经不锈钢钢板密封,内侧与幕墙背面之间形成厚度大于20mm的空气隔热层。
所述的保温材料为厚度为80mm的保温棉。
所述的不锈钢钢板为厚度1.5mm的热侵镀锌钢板。
所述的空气隔热层的厚度为140mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型中的保温材料不再贴在混凝土墙面,而改设置在幕墙背面,具有以下优点:
(1)与传统保温做法相比,传热系数更小,保温效果更明显;
(2)施工更方便,不再需要考虑混凝土结构表面是否平整,安装方便,步骤简单,便于装配式施工;
(3)适用于铝板,玻璃,石材等多种幕墙系统。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
一种保温效果好的改进幕墙,其结构如图1所示,该幕墙的背面设置有保温材料1,本实施例中使用的保温材料为厚度为80mm的保温棉,保温材料1的外侧经不锈钢钢板2密封,该不锈钢钢板2为厚度1.5mm的热侵镀锌钢板,保温材料1的内侧与幕墙3的背面之间形成厚度大于20mm的空气隔热层4,本实施例中,空气隔热层4的厚度为140mm。
本改进方案将保温材料不再贴在混凝土墙面,而改设置在幕墙3的背面,并在保温材料1的外侧用不锈钢钢板2密封,形成大于20mm厚的空气隔热层4。结合了原有幕墙外墙保温的特点,进行了改进和突破。

1.一种保温效果好的改进幕墙,其特征在于,该幕墙的背面设置有保温材料,保温材料的外侧经不锈钢钢板密封,内侧与幕墙背面之间形成厚度大于20mm的空气隔热层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温效果好的改进幕墙,其特征在于,所述的保温材料为厚度为80mm的保温棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温效果好的改进幕墙,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢钢板为厚度1.5mm的热侵镀锌钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温效果好的改进幕墙,其特征在于,所述的空气隔热层的厚度为140mm。
