【背景技术】
目前市场上生产和使用的包装箱仅考虑产品的包装和运输的需要，而无其他功能，然而，对于一些小产品来说，如果直接将其摆放在货架上，不但容易造成堆放混乱，并且也不容易吸引顾客前来购买；如果将其用传统的包装箱包装后放在货架上，则仅仅解决了产品堆放混乱的问题，却带来了因包装箱外观设计不漂亮，设置外观在运输过程中弄的很脏，从而影响顾客购买产品的意愿。
鉴于以上弊端，实有必要提供一种多功能展示包装箱以克服上述缺陷。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产制作简单，并可用于作广告宣传的多功能展示包装箱。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种多功能展示包装箱，其包括底壁，自底壁四周向上延伸的侧壁，所述底壁与侧壁围设形成一收容腔，其中，所述至少一相邻的两侧壁的交接处向上延伸形成侧板。
优选的是，所述侧板是包装箱的部分侧壁被撕开折叠而成的。
优选的是，所述侧板的四周围设有撕开线。
相较于现有技术，本实用新型具有如下优点：本实用新型多功能展示包装箱不仅能发挥传统包装箱所具有的包装和运输的作用，还能在商品出售时，通过在头牌或侧角位置(但不限于)上投放广告的方式吸引顾客。

下面通过具体实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
请参考图1-3所示，一种多功能展示包装箱100，其包括底部，自底部四周向上延伸的侧面，所述底部与四侧面(1、2、3、4)围设形成一收容腔5。
包装箱100的部分侧面(1、2、3、4)上设有撕开线，所述撕开线(未标示)围设的部分为任意形状的侧板。在使用时，使用者沿着撕开线将侧板与四个侧面连接处撕开一些，便可以将侧板8在两相邻的侧面4的交接处折叠起来。这样，当需要售卖的产品连同包装一起放在货架时，为了更好的吸引顾客，可以在侧板8上张贴广告或者商品的价格等信息。
本实用新型一种多功能展示包装箱，并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所描述，因此对于熟悉领域的人员而言可容易地实现另外的优点和修改，故在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念的精神和范围的情况下，本实用新型并不限于特定的细节、代表性的设备和这里示出与描述的图示示例。

2.如权利要求1所述的多功能展示包装箱，其特征在于：所述侧板是包装箱的部分侧壁被撕开折叠而成的。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能展示包装箱，其特征在于：所述侧板的四周围设有撕开线。
