如图所示，勺形有齿耵聍取出镊包括镊体1、圆头镊尖2、内凹面3、外凸面4和齿5。在镊体1最上端设有勺状圆头镊尖2，在圆头镊尖2外部设有外凸面4，在圆头镊尖2内部设有内凹面3，在内凹面3的边缘设有齿5。采用上述结构后，抓取耵聍更牢固，采用圆头镊尖避免了损伤耳道。使用时，将勺形有齿耵聍取出镊轻轻插入耳道里，即可轻易取出耵聍。
