本实用新型的目的，就是针对现有技术所存在的不足，而提供一种防切手手套技术方案，该方案在手套指部的手背部分加上金属条，能够有效避免在切菜时切伤人手的情况。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的：一种防切手手套，包括有手套掌部和手套指部，手套指部的手背部分设有金属片；金属片为长条形，这样就可以很好的保护人的手指在切菜时不被菜刀划伤。
作为本方案的优选，金属片通过粘扣固定在手套背部，在切菜时用粘扣粘上金属条，在平时外出时取下金属片又能起到普通手套的御寒的效果。
