企业文化CIS战略模拟设计的培训系统，在高校的教室或企业的培训室内设有主显示屏、多媒体教学机柜（台）以及可活动的多排桌椅座位。培训室或教室的左右两侧和后侧的墙壁上设有壁挂式显示屏。墙壁上的壁挂式显示屏可以运用形象、生动的图片、图表、视频等分别显示企业文化CIS战略模拟设计的三个模块的内容。这三个模块是：理念识别系统、行为识别系统、视觉识别系统。目的是营造身临其境的模拟环境，以便提高CIS战略模拟设计的培训效果。

随着社会的发展，无论是企业还是高校对人才的培养都在不同程度的加强，对文化建设的需求也逐步在提高，CIS是创新企业文化组织文化的切入点和载体，是组织文化建设的有效途径，更是形象塑造最有效的方法之一。无论是企业文化、品牌文化、产品文化、经营文化还是校园文化、组织文化，这些文化都可以运用CIS为工具、为手段解决实际操作问题，将文化这个虚无缥缈的东西变成可视性、看得见、摸的着的东西；并且可以直接以文化力、形象力的内涵和外形参与市场竞争或公共关系，创造商业价值和社会价值，让企业文化、组织文化的公用性得到认同。为此，无论是企业或是高校采用多重化的手段定期的对员工或是对学生开展文化CIS战略模拟设计的培训，此类课程由于需要运用形象、生动的图片、图表、视频等进行授课，一般用多媒体进行，但由于多媒体受到诸多限制使授课的效果达不到最佳，更不能达到多重显示的效果，所以便设计企业文化CIS战略模拟设计的培训系统以满足企业员工、高校学生更好的接受培训。

为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种布局合理，具有多重显示装置的企业文化CIS战略模拟设计的培训系统。为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种企业文化CIS战略模拟设计的培训系统,在教室内设有主显示屏、挂壁式显示屏、多媒体教学机柜以及可移动座位，主显示屏位于教室的北侧墙中间位置，可移动座位位于教室的中间靠南侧，多媒体教学机柜位于可移动座位的左前方，壁挂式显示屏分布于教室的东、南、西侧墙的中间位置。
其特征在于：教室左右两侧及后侧的墙壁上均设有挂壁式显示屏，参加培训的人员可以通过移动座位分别选择观看主显示屏或挂壁式显示屏播放的由多媒体教学机柜控制播放的不同种类多个教学内容，以便给员工或大学生带来视觉上、听觉上全新的感受，以便提高CIS战略模拟设计的培训效果。
本实用新型和现有技术相比，有其突出的特点：结构简单、使用方便、节省空间，并且可以在使用中根据需要，随便地移动座椅等特点。

1.一种企业文化CIS战略模拟设计的培训系统，在教室内由主显示屏（1）、多媒体教学机柜（2）、壁挂式显示屏（3）、可移动座位（4）组成，主显示屏（1）位于教室的北侧墙中间位置，可移动座位（4）位于教室的中间靠南侧，多媒体教学机柜（2）位于可移动座位（4）的左前方，壁挂式显示屏分布于教室的东、南、西侧墙的中间位置。
