紧固螺丝是电力系统使用最为普遍的连接构件，而且绝大部分安装在野外环境中，虽然在其表面多镀敷有防锈层，但是由于长期受雨雪、粉尘和腐蚀性气体侵蚀，容易生锈毁损，导致使用寿命短、设备检修拆卸难度大，影响设备检修作业效率，造成检修停电时间长，影响输电运行效率。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够有效地避免连接螺丝锈蚀，延长螺丝使用寿命，使用方便，便于连接螺丝检修拆卸的连接螺丝防护套。

参看图1，本实用新型的连接螺丝防护套，具有一个用于套装连接螺丝2的软质套管1，软质套管1的一端焊接密封。所述软质套管1采用塑胶或塑料制件，便于在连接螺丝2上套装，而且连接牢固，不易脱落。图中标号3是被连接构件。该防护套使用时，可套装在连接螺丝2及螺母上，可以有效地防止雨雪、粉尘和腐蚀性气体的侵蚀，若先在连接螺丝2上涂抹防锈油脂，然后再进行该防护套的套装，则防锈效果更佳，便于检修时的拆卸。
