本实用新型涉及一种家具门板，具体地说是一种门板防变形结构。
背景技术
目前有些贴膜家具上的门板中部会有一块凹陷，形成凹槽。铣型为凹槽的门板由于板材受力不均，会产生变形，矩形门板两头会向铣型的那一侧弯曲，导致门板不能够正常使用，非常影响美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，加工方便的凹槽门板防变形结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种凹槽门板防变形结构，其特征是它包括门板，在门板的中部设有凹槽，凹槽内安装有木片，在木片的外侧设有贴膜。

所述木片与凹槽形状大小相吻合。

如附图1、2所示，本实用新型它包括门板1，在门板1的中部设有凹槽2，凹槽2内安装有木片3，木片3为薄木片，其形状大小与凹槽2相吻合，然后在木片3的外侧设有贴膜4。所述凹槽2一般生产成矩形，根需特殊需要也可以加工成其它形状，相应地，木片3形状也作适应性变化即可。
